yes. i do.
it usually takes me a while if i DO indeed go overboard during the holidys.
all those damned sweet potato casseroles and stuffing and gravies made from the giblets.
i can not resist! i am weak!:cmad:
but that is why i took it easy this year.

It depends on what type of sports I am doing. I have gainned and at other times I have lost.

I always gain weight during holidays, but normally I can slim down again

well considering i am taking away from my normal exercise regime and diet and i'm encouraged to eat a crazy amount, i don't think i gain that much weight but i lose a lil bit of definition in my body, which is probably countered by overexercising after...this usually only happens at christmas though although i am getting better at dealing with it.

on the flipside, if you are the type to get upset due to long periods of time away from your busy routine and time to reflect and you are unhappy, weight loss is also feasible during the holidays as well.

Yes, I am a chocoholic and everyone has chocolate around Christmas time... Once the season is over and the chocolate is gone I slowly regain my normal weight... then Valentines and Easter come along and... well you can figure it out... Between now and Valentines, chocolate is OFF-LIMITS...

Sure it is. ;)

I can't gain weight over the holidays, or my coach will kill me. In wrestling, there are very rigid weight classes, and if anyone fails to to make weight, the punishment can be severe.

Thats why I never wrestled.couldn't be that discipline. Congrats though, wrestling is wicked hard.
