Do you believe we are living in the "Last Days" that are described in the book of revelation?

I think all that's still a long ways away.

What's with all of the end of the world threads?
The world is not going to end soon, we still have a few million years on this earth.
Quit watching Mad Max, It's just making you depressed.

After watching a t.v show about the bible code prhopecy's and the myan calendar, I think we're getting pretty close.

Difficult to see. Always in motion is the future.

^The Maya also believed that the best way to dedicate a new building was to paint a high status prisoner blue and carve out his heart with a pointy rock.

And according to the more devot Christians we have been living in the end times for going on 2000 years.

Yes.

The signs are being fulfilled.

1) People would go to and fro..... man on the moon
2) People would hate the sun...... uv rays and all that stuff

and etc........

Yes, but I don't waste my time worrying about it.
I believe in Jesus and stuff, but I don't really care. Thins are being fulfilled, but things have been fulfilled for many, many years now.

I'd like my grandkids to handle the End of Days, while I live a long, happy life. :)

There are many indicators out there now that indicate that we could be very close, if not already somewhere in it.

I've come to an epiphany.
Everyone is paranoid beyond belief.

and the Mayan also predicted a lot of stuff, mainly things that had to do with the weather and the stars and also are that used the number zero on their digits, which was hundreds of years before the Arabs:cool:

Funny, history channel did alittle special on it.

Everyone that worries about the end of days and dwelves on it, missed the entire point of the book of revelations. Its not about death and destruction, its about - with christ, there is hope. Hope and life and peace.

**** guys, I'm an atheist and I know this ****.

I really got to find the time to read the bible Church always tells the same books from it like the ark, the birth and death of jesus, moss'es. I have no idea why they won't read anything else. One of the reason I fall asleep in church. Should really start reading it on my own.

Here are the signs of the last days according to the Bible:
Unprecedented warfare.—Matthew 24:7; Revelation 6:4.

Famine.—Matthew 24:7; Revelation 6:5, 6,*8.

Pestilences.—Luke 21:11; Revelation 6:8.

Increasing lawlessness.—Matthew 24:12.

Ruining of the earth.—Revelation 11:18.

Earthquakes.—Matthew 24:7.

Critical times hard to deal with.—2Timothy 3:1.

Inordinate love of money.—2Timothy 3:2.

Disobedience to parents.—2Timothy 3:2.

A lack of natural affection.—2*Timothy 3:3.

Loving pleasures rather than God.—2Timothy 3:4.

A lack of self-control.—2Timothy 3:3.

Without love of goodness.—2Timothy 3:3.

Taking no note of the impending danger.—Matthew 24:39.

Ridiculers reject proof of the last days.—2Peter 3:3,4.

Global preaching of God’s Kingdom.—Matthew 24:14.

2 Timothy 3:2-7 - But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up [with pride], lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power; and from these turn away. 6*For from these arise those men who slyly work their way into households and lead as their captives weak women loaded down with sins, led by various desires, 7*always learning and yet never able to come to an accurate knowledge of truth.

The end isn't near unless you're already dieing.
