Well, between the bananas, peaches, raisins, oranges, tuna and string cheese, I don't see a lot of it.
They're snacks, not meals. Does that part escape you? I didn't exactly map out my entire diet plan in this thread so it's interesting that you're magically able to determine that I have an EFA deficiency.

BTW, CLIF bars are loaded with sodium and sugar.
