Ok so I never realized how annoying people are who talk during movies. I was just hangin out with some friends and we were watching BB. And these two chicks wouldnt shut up! They just talked during the whole movie without watching a second of it. And I couldnt concentrate or anything! I hate people who talk during movies!!!

Uh, grow a pair and tell them to shut the **** and threaten them with physical violence?

You should have done what Mr Freeze did in Batman & Robin..:oldrazz:

Seriously I hate when people talk during the movies!:cmad:

I get anoyed, spoils everything and can't hear the movie or get disturbed.

Yeah exactly, I agree with Mr Freeze as well.

Depends on the volume. Usually, I can concentrate on the movie either way.

I usually get more annoyed by the people engaging the "talker" than otherwise, but meh.

I've told a few people to be quiet through the years.

no freeze the person (s) for talking....

Whoops, misunderstood your question. Yeah, people who want to carry on their own conversations, while I'm watching a flick. Well, they just need to go to Hell. But, if it's a bucnh of friends and we're all commenting on the movie, a la MST3K, then that's cool.

I turn around and say I want to wait until the DVD comes out before I hear a commentary.

I hate when ppl talk on their cell phone. I especially hate that one guy that makes stupid comments, hoping to get a lugh out of everyone, thinking he's cool.

When I saw The Simpsons Movie there was a guy behind me who laughed at *everything* and VERY, VERY LOUDLY. It was akin to the movie theater scene from "Cape Fear." Yeah, that bad. He must've been high or ******ed or both because it sounded totally forced.

Anyway, I hate that too. :o

Yeah, I got a couple of those last night. Like when a character does something funny he'll make a sarcastic laugh in order to get a smile out of the theatre or some ****.

yeah my gf does it ALL the time! it's so irritating!!!

Go during the week during a matinee...hardly anyone in the theater and it's cheaper. If people wanna talk during the movie...then go outside, tell your wife/girlfriend/boyfriend/husband/mistress/lesbain lover/gay lover/kids/family members to save whatever they have to say for after the movie...or simply get up and move away from them...they'll get the point.

Yeah, i do and I also get pissed when they breath heavily in there seats and look at there cell phones...>: (

IDK I get distracted easily with ******ed crap like that...:(

i hate these people!!! during ff2, where it was getting good, a girl starts talking on her cell-phone and she decides to leave from the end of the row to the other side and blocks the whole screen WTF?

picture it like this:
shes closer to one side but goes out the other and blocks the screen

People that do that are usually in a pretty large group of about 4 or more people, and the rest of their little clique will always come to their defense if you call them out on being loud.

what time are you people going to the movies? 7pm on a saturday??

Talking can get annoying but as long as they don't do it for a great length of a time I most likely won't snap. Now, if someone were sitting next to or in front of me and started talking as soon as the lights dimmed and didn't stop... I'd probably snap around the 25-30 minute mark.

The problem is, these 'talkers' aren't as much into movies as others and are basically there because it was something to do and they recognized the stars in it.

Of course, if someone is actually able to disrespect you and talk in a movie then they probably can whup your ass... unless they're drunk.

Lol, nice.
I usually go early afternoon movies so not exactly the hotbed of people that go. I've been fortunate in all the years of going to movies,I haven't had many or if any issues with ppl talking or making comments at the movie. Well except for 'ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW' :) :) :)
The times I've had that happen its usually someones baby or little rugrat that acts up. This maybe stereotyping, but lot of 'Old people' talk more than lot of the youngins during movies. I had it in my mind that the young crowd would be more rude during movies, but nope those old bastards talk up a storm..
