Oh yes. Sometimes it's to test a sentence I might say later or in a daydream. I also sometimes narrate myself by singing. And I compliment and reprimand myself.

Rarely if non-rational part of me suspects that I'm not alone, even though I am, I tell bad jokes and make a fool of myself. If no one laughs, I should be alone.

Yes. I used to a bit more and usually only do when I'm alone. It's usually "I'll watch tv for a bit then go do this or that..."

I talk to myself all the time. I used to talk to the voices in my head too but I don't have those anymore. So these days it's just my brain bouncing around to different things with lots of music sprinkled in as well.
