A Female president?

This isn't a Hilary thread. I made this because the other day, I was on myspace and facebook looking at all the new groups just made for the presidential candidates. Most of them we're postivie for Barrack. However when I went onto most of Hilary's (for or against groups) A huge amount of people are against her running. Not because of what she stands for or what not, but because SHE'S A WOMEN! Most of the arguments we're "Men are natural born leaders a women is too risky there too emotional". I couldn't believe it. What I couldnt believe more was most of the comments were from facebook..from college students. I really thaught we had come a long way from the girls are just for cooking and kids motto but it's really stunning and shocking to see how narrow-minded people still are after all these years. So do all of you believe this as well? Do you have a problem that a presidential nominee is a female?

However, I do support Lewis Black's proposal for picking a president: Throw a dart at a map of the United States, go into the jungle, find a monkey, take it on a plane, parachute it out to the location the dart hit, and whoever the first person the monkey touches, that is the new president.

Studies have been done and they confirm that worldwide men are more likely than women to support war and oppression. Women are more likely to oppose, war oppression, poverty, and support things like welfare and higher education. Estrogen promotes the loving maternal instincts.

It's only like a 10% difference when you average it all out, according to the research.

you really think that's going to happen? After having survived brutal negative campaigns against her?

you really think the president would allow themselves to endure pregnancy without stepping down from office? The stress alone would kill the baby during the first month.
