I don't disagree, i'll wait before I make such opinions. Too soon to give up all hope without alot of info.
But change is bad, change is very bad, mmmkay?! Especially consistency between films. I don't want a Hulk sequel that feels like a different film in a different franchise than the first. Hopefully they carry some plots over, and retain the original cast...then theres the style from the first film. Which I expect them to ignore completely. :doom:

WHAT "Reboot thing"??!

dude, the franchise can't sink any lower than it already is.

It sucked point blank. It came out one year after Spiderman 1, and Hulk 2 is not even in pre-production yet...and Spider man 3 is well on the way..i mean that saids it all right there!

Marvel knows it sucked. Universal knows it sucked. Now you fans of the first film need to wake up out of your dillusional fantasy, and know it too!

#1.Ok, IF Hulk sucked so bad, people would go like: "A hulk re-make? Well the hulk was so bad............I don't want to go through that again.....let's see something else.":down

#2. And yet they made quite a bit of money. Trust me. Movies that suck don't make money. Movies that are good make lots of it. Hulk was more of a good movie then a bad one, the money says it all.

1. People (fans) were so ampted to 'finall'y get a big screen version of the Hulk made, after all these years, that they accepted anything, and that 'anything' is exactly what we got. Some of you fans are in denial.

2. Because a movie makes alot of money, doesn't mean its a good film. X Men:The Last Stand is a great example of this, as was 'My Big fat Greek wedding'. People get caught up in the hype. Plus everyone swamped to see Hulk (fans who wanted to give it a try) the first weekend. If most had any idea how much it sucked, it would have pulled Superman Returns type numbers.

right, fans of the movie are in denial but you, oh you see all and are always right

A remake would be incredibly stupid. It would make more sense to advance on but do things the right way and not go off on some overly abundant profound philosophical garbage that distracts from what could be a very interesting and entertaining story.

Since "bad" is a mtter of opinion, to remake a movie simply becasue it's bad would mean that every movie ever made would have to be remade. If you don't like the first one, don't watch it. Move on to Hulk 2.

Ah, your so kind.

But seriously though, some of you guys 'are' in denial and strangly accepting a 'bad situation' (the movie) because it's the only one out there...it's similar to a domestic violence situation, where the women being beaten still thinks the man that's beating her loves her. I think they call it 'Stockholms syndrome' or something...... It's classic psychology..i think the psycholgoly in this movie brain washed some of you guys!:o

How could origin have had been better? I'm guessing that you guys think that the CGI was pretty much the big problem and thought that it wasn't good enough. So let's say that they do make a re-make (With a better CGI) you guys will probably still think that the movie sucked and will want a re-make again.

And you still never gave a direct description of how Hulk (2003) would affect sequels (I'm speaking of the story line) except for the dogs and the cut scenes which had no inflluence on possible sequels.

Give us the origin from the comics. The mightiest mortal on earth deserves to be created by the deadliest, most destructive force on earth, aka a Nuclear/Gamma bomb of sorts.

The whole ''We're updating () the origin to make it more believeable'' angle the studio fed us with the first one, really means "We wanna save money, so we'll make his exposure to the gamma radiation as cheap as possible".

Like i said in my previous post, some of you guys are in denial.

Sorry, I never read one Hulk comic and I've only seen one hulk episode :P (Don't get me wrong, I'm still a big Hulk fan (Since Hulk 2003)

Maybe Hulk is like The Davinci Code (Those who've read the book hated the movie and those who didn't read it (And aren't super christian) loved the movie).........

Isn't it cheaper to make a CGI explosion? I think it cost more to build that whole machine thing then to make a CGI Gamma Bomb.....

Wasn't there a gamma bomb in the movie?

nah, some people really do like what they got, some dont. I could say the same thing about the s**t star wars prequels or any other film that invovled comic book characters. To say people who like this film are "in denial" is not right.

These are some of the most arrogant and stupid comments ever. I am not in denial Goglo, I love the Hulk movie and still watch it and i have loved it ever since i first saw, it is Marvel best origin movie IMO, now take that stick out your arse and accept that people like the movie.

I think the people who hated the movie thus calling it a flop are merely exaggerating. So you hated the frakkin' movie give it a rest for crying out loud.

I'm just glad the movie made it's money. The same for the Punisher even.

And it's a shame about Eric Bana not reprising the role of Bruce Banner again. I don't think Brendan Fraser would be right for the role either. Dominic Purcell I wouldn't mind but David Duchovny on the other hand I reckon would be perfect. And a frakkin' remake. C'mon that ain't necessary.
