There's some comic book artist out there with an MSN Group website where he posts his art.
Long before we knew who was cast as the Joker, and what Nolan's conception of the Joker would follow, there were pictures floating around of this guy's art. He aimed for extreme 'realism' in his Joker take. This Joker was mainly a man in normal, dirty street clothes, with a carved smile (more grotesque than we even see on Ledger). One such picture had a smilex-ed dead guy sitting at a table with the Joker behind him, stretching his cheeks back into a grin.
I'm unable to find these pictures. Does anyone know what I'm referring to? Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
