This seems to be getting pretty positive reviews. Unfortunately they're kind of useless for me personally, Dragon Age II got mostly good reviews after all. I really want to hear from someone who thought DAII was terrible.

Now I feel conflicted as to whether or not I should play the last 2 games. The Keep sounds like the ultimate express story creator. Idk now...
I honestly don't understand the point of making any game like this easy. What is the point of an RPG or action game that is easy?
Forum talk and I believe it was the GS review that said the game didn't really require much strategy. If you can just run in and pound the enemy... blah.Ya, that's my issue with so many games of today. Which review did you read this from DS? I was reading a lot of the reviews but I did not see much about the difficulty.
the hard and nightmare difficulty settings all but require you to use the paused tactical combat at all times.
I agree that is what something like Easy (auto) is for. But the average setting shouldn't be like that imo. That should be the base level.I haven't heard anything about bullet sponges, not from reviewers or people who have played the game.
And different settings are for different people. There are some people who just play these things for the stories and others without RPG combat backgrounds. Easy and Medium are for them. Hard and Nightmare are for people such as yourself (I will be playing Hard).
I don't have a proper gaming PC, never will most likely. I've looked at gameplay videos for the PS3 version of Origins. Looks fine to me.
