This episode is probably the epitome of epic fight animation in the entire DB franchise. That **** was just so fluid and intense, it didn't even look like DB half the time. And Jiren lost ass my respect with his shenanigans. But god, that art and animation.

After what we've had over the last several eps of Super, I don't care for it. I get what they're going for, but it seems like a 180.

Refreshing...I like it, plus, from what I understand the current design asthetic they have/have had for a while is an annoyance to animate.

I love it. Looks cleaner, and more manga ish. I see a lot of people are speculating that Goku is about to fight Yamoshi.

Dragon Ball Super Chapter 34 is out. At least there's one version of Super with proper power scaling.

That was an incredible and satisfying ending, with all these callbacks. It felt like the end of the franchise, but the narrator kept beating over our heads that there's going to be a new adventure soon lol. All and all, this brought back all those childhood feelings of following DBZ on Toonami way back in the day, and I've been out of anime/manga world for a few years now after Naruto ended (don't follow any of the next gen stuff). Definitely looking forward to the movie sequel in December.

17 mvp. I still want to know what Trunks and Goten were up to in that island.

Loved the dbz callback with Goku and Vegeta.

Definitely satisfying ending.
