Well Lord Slug would have to be between the Sayians and Namek because everyone is still alive and Goku doesn't know Super Sayian. It doesn't work on a couple levels due to that but I liked the idea I've heard that the movies that couldn't be canon were alternate realities where different things happened. Like in Lord Slug, Goku showed up in time to save everyone from Vegeta and Nappa so no need for Namek and no Super Sayian, the same for Tree of Might.

It's funny about Android 13 though, for the longest time I though his Super form was Bojack since I hadn't seen those two movies. I always thought Bojack was awesome for the nutpunch but seeing his movie showed me it was fairly lame compared to the others.

I expect this will follow up the multiverse revelation in BoG and the villains will be coming from these other universes.

Maybe they'll pull ideas from DBM and have evil Goku and Vegeta or Buu who won and took over.

Because Toriyama and Toei haven't ever established a canon (they don't want to hurt sales of existing material) officially it's a bit hard saying what is exactly canon and what isn't.

For me Father of Goku, Episode of Bardock, History of Trunks, Yo! Goku and friends return, Battle of the Gods, and the upcoming F movie are all canon.

With that said I enjoy a good number of the films immensely a few more so than Battle of the Gods, which I also really liked but some of the movies are really damn good.

I want to see Uub and Pan. See what a female super saiyan looks like. Definitely want Goku and the others to explore the multiverse. I need to see Whis fight also.

I am waiting for the dub. Surely it wont take as long as it did for Battle Of The Gods. But The Return Of F is getting dubbed quickly this time. So surely same thing here right ?

I always watch the sub versions, they're much better. After CN aired DBZ up to Namek (when we had to wait a year or so for the rest of the episodes to be dubbed) I borrowed my friend's old VHS tapes of the original Japanese run and watched the entire series.

Only problem I have with the voice, is that every male member in the family has the same voice. I don't mind Goku having that higher, child like voice, to emphasize his innocence. But there was nothing innocent about Bardock. So hearing him with the same voice just felt off.

Oddly, I think Super 17 is about the only thing I really liked all that much about GT. Everything else is eh, even SSJ4, which I always thought looked kind of stupid. Although I have a better appreciation of it now that Super Saiyan God is a thing and pretty lazy.

Yeah, to be honest, I didn't care for GT aside from the Super Hell Fighter 17 saga. That was the one bright spot of the show.

As for the movies, I only consider the stuf that could conceivably fit in the timeline as canon. So the Bardock OVA, History of Trunks OVA, Cooler #1 (ignoring that Goku hadn't turned SSJ since Namek), Bojack, Broly, Janemba (a bit of a stretch but it was possible), Hildegard, and the Battle of the Gods.

I hope Piccolo becomes more powerful, near Goku and Vegeta level or at least a level where he can fight bad guys again without looking like a chump.

I always thought the concept of the dragon balls becoming corrupted from petty wishes and overuse was a good idea in theory just horrid in execution. it became a monster of the week.(well it did before that with the planet hopping)

Totally with you on this. I can only watch Dragon Ball in English dub form, and Goku's voice is the main reason. My 12 year old self, which has seen every last bit of Dragon Ball every released, won't allow for anything else.

I 100% agree again. I am also a big fan of other things, like "World's Strongest". My favorite of the films.

I am not a fan of GT, but I would like Pan to come into canon.
