I wholeheartedly agree.
The only faithful thing that Ben Ramsey actually wrote in that script is the fact that he tried cramming almost all of the characters from the Dragonball series (Which in my opinion didn't work and felt forced). The overall story was a butchered/victimized retelling of Dragonball. The script included a Dragonball Video games and Card games (Hated how the Dragonball mythology was part of merchandise), A Goku and Bulma relationship, tons of inaccuracies.... need I say more.
Well then, you obviously aren't going to like the final film as it isn't going to be a translation of the manga.
I thought this was extremely faithful.

. When I put Stephen Chow's name in there I meant about the minor input he had put in the script by just giving James Wong ideas and such. Also I said "Hopefully" didn't say I knew for a fact that this was going to be a smart and completely faithful film.
