still no apologies from Singer and his crew.:(
hehehe.

^And i dont think you'll ever get one KJ, not many film-makers admit to a movie being bad, though i thought SR was great of course.

"The Joy of Lex"????

WTF?

Is this a play on words coming from "The Joy of Sex"?

That's disturbing. Then again, we are talking about Singer and his 'crew'.

LOL!! Yeah the names of those features are dubious. But I cannot wait to get my hands on them.

That is equally as dubious. :ninja:

"It's a little biddy place, Mista Luttor..."

Sounds like some good features but I am going to rent it first and not buy it right away...see if Singer releases a director's cut or a SE version in the near future.

I agree... I dont wanna waste hard earned money on a movie that might be re-released as some "special" special edition later.

I'll just buy that as well anyway!:woot:

I´m gonna have to pre-order this baby...Someday, I swear, this movie will be as appreciated as it deserves...

Okay, between the teaser and theatrical posters, this is what WHV has chosen?!

Christ. Seriously, they couldn't follow the Batman Begins DVD model. Those two edition coverarts look great. This is horrible.

And yet, I'm still getting the DVD. I love Superman Returns too much to let this lousy coverart destroy my excitement of owning this.

Cool, I was gonna wait to buy the re-release version but I decided to buy this one and when the other one comes out; I'll just trade in the 2 disc version for the deluxe one.

edit: the covers are kinda lame, there are much better pics to use.

Yikes, theyre still using that old promo stuff  .

Have they not learned?

That makes me certain that we'll see a "super deluxe" version, with plenty of commentaries. Singer has done them for all his other films, I belive.

Im starting to think he doesn't want to do a commentary for this film but yeah I hope he does. There are alot of questions I have stored away in my brain that I want answered.

Well, look at WHV's big DVD releases as of late...none of them have commentaries. This has nothing to do with Bryan Singer.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban/Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Both commentaries were recorded but never released. Batman Begins. V for Vendetta. None have commentaries but are big releases.

Constantine is the only WHV release as of late that does include a commentary.

Now, don't be surprised if the HD-DVD/Blu-Ray version does in fact include the commentary.

I hope this is just the line up for the bare bones DVD... I expect more to be on the 2 disc version, like the history of the Superman movie franchise...

What are you talking about? That's alot of special features for the 2 Disc Edition. The documentary is 3 hours in length.
