Thank you Phig!I didnt take it like you doubted my cloud painting but I felt I needed to redeem myself for using the cloud brush(Not the first time Ive been chastised for it either lol)
Syncos > I get most of (if not all) my brushes from deviantart.
For those that dont know theres an entire section of resources for apps such as Photoshop,Gimp,Paint Shop Pro etc..

As for textures I usually google ((say its,"Concrete" then i swith it to the extra large or large images)Deviantart has them too
