not really. i dont look forward to playing 100 hour games.

WELL, THAT'S JUST A REFLECTION ON YOUR SUCKINESS IN GAME PREFERENCES......NOT ON THE GAME ITSELF. :down:confused:

i didnt say the game sucked. i just dont have time to play 100 hour games, i get bored if the game is over 40 hours.

Hey, are there any special weapons in this game? I remember finding a few unique weapons in Morrowind but can't fnd any in Oblivion.

That's one of the things that bothers me about the game, they all come from the last part of guild quest lines. You can't really clear a dungeon for some kind of weapon due to level scaling.

That blows :( I'm saving guilds for after the main quest. I guess my Elven blades will have to do me.

MY WIFE AND I NOTICED THE OTHER NIGHT THAT OUR ELVEN CLAYMORE LEVELS UP WITH OUR CHARACTER. WHEN WE FIRST FOUND IT, IT DID 10 PTS DAMAGE/HIT..........IT NOW DOES 14.:up:

Meh. I have like, 16 million gold. The game is no fun anymore. :(

IT'S NOT ABOUT THE GOLD, IT'S ABOUT THE ABILITY TO CLONE ANYTHING YOU WANT........IN INFINITE QUANTITIES. GRAND SOUL GEMS, WEAPONS, POTIONS........ALOT OF THINGS YOU CAN'T JUST BUY. STEAL A GRAND SOUL GEM, MAKE 100 COPIES, AND YOU CAN ENCHANT 100 PIECES OF ARMOR AND WEAPONS. IN A FEW SHORT HOURS, WE STOCKED A FEW OF OUR DWELLINGS WITH SOME OF THE MOST KICKASS STUFF IMAGINABLE.
WE TOOK OUR 'BLADE OF SUNDER', WHICH DISINTIGRATES ARMOR AND WEAPONS, AND 15 DAMAGE, AND MADE LIKE 40 OF THEM; WE STASHED THEM ALL OVER THE PLACE, AND HAVE REPAIR HAMMERS OUT THE ASS. :D

WE ARE ALSO NOW THE PROUD OWNERS OF OUR VERY OWN HIDDEN PIRATES COVE, COMPLETE WITH SHIP AND CREW. :o:up:

That mission came out already? Wtf. :( I need some more damn microsoft points, and I need those pre-paid 1250 cards 'cause I don't want to put more s**t on my dad's credit card. :(

Anyways, there's no real point in me cloning anything. I spend most of my time in the shadows bow and arrowing enemies, and if it ever gets up close I lightning staff them. Or pull out my electric short sword thing and that takes 'em down fast. When I need to recharge I pay for it, when I need to repair I pay for it. I have no quests left that involve battles. :(

THERE'S SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE 450 SIDE QUESTS ALONE........YOU SURELY HAVEN'T KILLED EVERYTHING AND FOUND EVERYTHING THERE IS YET.

There is one quest I remember, I broke into some farm and found some guy's diary. Then I travelled and like, found him dead in a cave. Then this rock thing came out and attacked me. It was my first side quest, and it was kickass, and now I can't find the farm anymore. :(

I think I'll pull a Kung Fu type thing and just wander Cyrodill instead of fast travelling.

IF YOU FAST TRAVEL EVERYWHERE, YOU MISS OUT ON ALOT. :down

I know... but I hate my f**king horse. :( And those steep hills you have to kinda glitch up to the top of.

Does anyone know of a fort or cave where I can find a full set of Ebony armor or Dwarven armor at the least?

WELL, 'OBLIVION' DOESN'T WORK LIKE 'MORROWIND'; DIFFERENT LOOT/WEAPONS/ARMOR CAN APPEAR IN AN AREA/QUEST, DEPENDING ON YOUR CURRENT LEVEL. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO FIND ALOT OF DWARVEN ARTIFACTS/ARMOR/WEAPONS IF YOU'VE JUST STARTED THE GAME. AND, I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY SIGNS OF EBONY ANYWHERE IN THE GAME; THAT MAY HAVE BEEN INDIGENOUS TO THE VARDENFELL/MORROWIND REGION ONLY. TO BE HONEST, YOUR BEST BET IS TO GET SOME MITHRIL ARMOR, AS IT'S FAIRLY COMMON EARLY ON, AND IS VERY LIGHT, YET DURABLE. THEN, GET SOME GRAND SOUL GEMS, AND ENCHANT YOUR ARMOR.

Does anyone know of the/a site that tests your computer to see if you're able to run the game?

I'd compare the specs myself, but I suck and don't know/remember ****-all about my computer.

THE MINIMUM SPECS WERE PRETTY OUTRAGEOUS. UNLESS YOU'VE UPGRADED YOUR PC IN THE PAST YEAR, YOU'D BE BETTER OFF WITH THE '360' VERSION.

I bought my computer in November, new, so I doubt i'll have much trouble. Though, i'm fairly certain I have pretty crappy RAM.

And I can't afford a 360, so that's unfortunately not an option.

Recommended:

3 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor

1 GB System RAM

ATI X800 series, Nvidia GeForce 6800 series, or higher video card

CONSIDERING YOU COULD VERY WELL SPEND ANOTHER $300-$400 ON YOUR PC TO GET IT RUN 'OBLIVION' AT '360' QUALITY...........UM....YEAH. :o
