It looks amazing...but with no Co-Op...that may be a deal breaker for me.
It's "Do I play this on my own?" or "do I play another game with my wife and/or friends" not both.

Co-op a dealbreaker? I'm a huge, huge, HUGE co-op supporter, but Elder Scrolls are not the kind of games that NEED co-op, especially not as badly as other franchises could use it.

I hope that the 3rd person perspective actually plays smoothly this time around.....

In Oblivion and Fallout, yeah you could switch to the 3rd person, but the character animation looked really clunky.

based on the demo, it looks like that area has been improved.

Elder Scrolls NEVER had Co-Op (thankfully). It would ruin the series, IMO.
