Emergency Movie Recommendations

I just can't understand why people wouldn't find that movie funny. It's a rather unorthodox comedy, meaning in terms of the GA, they're not used to something like that. The Coens have a different brand of humor.

Batman and Robin :o

...

In all seriousness, I'd go with The Prestige, simply to continue my quest of trying to get everyone I meet to see the movie.

I've been promoting The Social Network to my friends the last week. I've lent out In Bruges and District 13 several times...

The Big Lebowski is one of those films you either "get it" or you don't . Luckily most of my friends love it.

Everyone's seen Avatar.

well thats your safe bet, its appeal is for everyone and based on the box office people loved to see it over and over again.

The Chaser. If you liked Oldboy or Se7en, I'd gander you'll like this, too.

Also, I don't think I've ever met anyone who didn't like The Big Lebowski. What are some of the reasons people hate it?

The point is to kinda suggest something they might never have seen. Like I said, don't be boring!

It's just one of those films that's either love or hate.

Geez folks be a bit more creative!

Cool Runnings

I haven't found one person that hates it. If not try something by Alejandro Jodorowsky. Very easy to get into.
