Good lord, did you need to post that 20 times?

ANyone got a link for next weeks preview yet?

My DVR cut out at the Issaic and Eden scene just like a lot of other people. The episode of course is on NBC.com/Heroes and here is a spot with next weeks preview:

Any one know why they haven't updated the graphic novel since last week? I am printing them off and keeping them in a notebook just for the hell of it.

Alot of people are complaining about DL not believing his wife but they dont seem to realize that this is his life not a comic book. These people think there freaks. If I started flying and some annoying japanese guy told me he could stop time I would punch him in the face.

I wouldn't. I mean flying is some major league weird crap. I'd be keeping an open mind.

We must also bear in mind that NIKKI hasn't done anything wrong. She didn't ask for the alter ego, she hasn't encouraged it in any way, she seems like a genuinely good person tormented by an unscrupulous double entity that is not her fault at all.

I think what D.L. did to Niki did not kill her...I mean obviously I don't think that they would kill off Ali Larter, but, it could mean that when she snaps out of it...and wakes up...she's either permanantly one of the two Niki's. If its evil Niki...then great, we have a villain hellbent on getting revenge and her son back...or, good Niki is now fully aware of her power and can shift back and forth at will....maybe....I don't know basically, what D.L. did may have just started a ticking time bomb that was waiting to go off...he stopped her there, but he better not see evil Niki again cuz she'll be out for blood.

Um, I didn't like DL. He acted like an ass the entire episode. I mean, he has unbelievable phasing powers, so presumably he knows powers exist, but he won't believe his wife when she tells him she has powers? Thanks a bunch, you big fat hypocrite - and now you've gone and squished her pancreas while her son watched!

The whole thing with her and DL was a little strange. As AnimeJune said, he knows powers exist and yet he cant believe Niki when she says that she cant control her powers.

Uhh...why would you guys assume he knows other people have powers as well? Maybe he thinks he's unique. Also, she never said she has powers. Just some rambling nonsense about "another person".

maybe the evil Niki has been killed leaving the good niki to herself with evil niki's powers. And perhaps an evil voice in her head that tells her what to do.
the only thing about that though is that it would be ripping off of both Prince of Persia:the two thrones AND the wheel of time.

Yeah, but considering the precarious position he was in (just escaped from prison) he really had no right not to trust Nikki, him being a convict and all. Plus, she made it perfectly clear she was willing to do anything to protect her son, so his idea is to take Micah away? Smart move, jackass.

Of course he's gonna take Micah...who is his son as well...away. He walks in and sees her with the money that he went to prison over. He already knows it was a women who set him up. Then the crazy beeootch tries to kill him. Yeah, what a jackass...:whatever:

What I know is, this DL guy shows up out of the blue, escaped from prison, with weird-ass powers, going "Trust me, trust me, trust me", but once Nikki asks for some trust in return, he shuts her down.

I think the problem with Nikki and DL is nothing more than a huge understanding.

I don't think Nikki's other side is necessarily evil, it's just tougher, and angrier.

The only reason she did anything is because "evil" Nikki figure DL would take Micah away.

If he had not done so then perhaps they could of worked things out, but once more "evil" Nikki is like the Hulk, you need to really make sure that it knows you're not going to hurt it or piss it off.

Yeah it's a misunderstanding...they have to create drama after all. Imagine when he finds out his wife screwed the politician.

Well i did kinda overlooked the fact that she framed DL and had him sent to jail,

so i can't blame him for reacting the way he did.

As much as plot that was in this, I actually hated the Nikki DL storyline. Don't get me wrong. DL is ok on his own, Nikki is kinda meh, but I got a lackluster response from myself finally seeing the storyline merge.

We should have seen more of DL on his own, or perhaps some real dialoge between him and Mr. Bennet. (DL and Bennet's sidekick are the same person, right?) But the story moved a little too fast, and there were to many plotholes. I didn't like it.

As for the kid. Wow where do I begin. I get it, the kid is smart, AGAIN. And according to the previews he has a good chance of having powers, who knew  Again, its all very meh, and way to cliche for me to say that watching it was enjoyable.

I think DL on his own, with his own storyline would have been so much better. Kinda like a man who did wrong, gained powers and slowly learns to use them for good. Kinda like Hiro but a little more hard core, oh the "if-only's."

Speaking of Hiro! Such greatness. Here's another "If-Only" If only he and Ando had been able to go into that room!

I'm liking the Younger Petrelli more and more. He's not that annoying anymore. The older brother...my jury is still out on him.

Claire....ugg, why does the plot have to revolve around her. Her character is so frustrating annoying. I understand her powers are important, but why does SHE have to have them. Her character is far less annoying when not using the powers.

The cop...LOVE HIM. I want more of him. Talk about being underused. Damn! I hate it when that happens.

Suresh's friend working with Bennet...not as surprised as I thought I would be. I don't think that Bennet is evil. Nothing so far that has been presented has been straightfoward. So...

Bring on Sean Bean!

They aren't the same person. Besides both being black and bald they look nothing alike.

D.L. phases (like Shadowcat) and Bennet's sidekick is telepathic.

^-- Booooooo. I didn't think that DL and Sidekick Guy were the same cause of the hight difference, but the scene in the bar made me think twice about that.

But seriously, ALOT LESS Nikki, Claire, and the kid. Much more Cop, Hiro, Petrelli's, and plot.

i think each episode will revolve around a different set of character since there are so many.

So then he's a less annoying version of his character on My Wife & Kids:whatever:

Wow, you actually watched that show?

I knew I didnt like the short haired brunette girl...DL seems like he will be cool. Nikki's power is starting to feel lame...

AnimeJune said:
Yeah, I thought this episode was a big ol' bowl of M'eh. Hiro's personal crisis was resolved very quickly, Nathan wasn't even IN the episode...

But hey, I was right about short-haired girl! Totally working for the other side!

And we also get an indication that Mr Bennett is NOT so completely evil as we've been led to think. He was sweet the whole episode, and while that might be a show, his reaction to the message "Save the Cheerleader" REALLY pointed out that he cares for Claire. Awww.....

Um, I didn't like DL. He acted like an ass the entire episode. Mohinder, this episode, was also an ass. I'm not quite sure when he completely, utterly lost his faith to the point where he's nearly always sarcastic and bitter. Dude, CHILL.

Also, no Matt. He's been in the least episodes so far, and his story was left on a cliffhanger! WTF?

Niki's powers are not really traditional. She has two completely different sides, but they are all internal (she does not turn green).

Plus you got to look at it from his side. He just spent 6 months of his life away from his family, planning on getting revenge on the punk who set him up. Then he finds Niki with the 2 million bucks and looking perfectly normal (after all, she was "normal" (I see no reason to call her 'Good Niki') when she went to get the money) and he freaked. Then she attacked him.

D.L. may be third on the list of my favorite characters now - after Nathan and of course Super Hiro.

She framed him and then attacked him and you expect him to be civil?

Same here. Everyone else is "oh I saw it coming", but I fell for her sweet next door neighbor ruse.:csad:

Anyone else bummed when those cupcakes got tossed? Mrs. Bennett, she probably wasn't serious!

Even if you actually bought that sweet girl act, Isaac drew a friggin picture of her with claws in like the third episode.
