I went off. I took a walk to calm down. He thought I went to tell on him,so he went to the shop steward and told on himself. I was offered the opportunity to go to another job site,which I refused,**** that mother****er he's not going to send me off. The dip **** bragged/claimed that he's slept with a lot of women in the local. They kept us pretty far apart but it caused major division on the job. He was fired during the first layoffs.

i honestly don't approach girls. if they want to talk to me, they'll approach me. and i don't approach girls that are out of my league either. so i settle for what i percieve to be an approachable person, and even then i still don't make a move. i have a deep fear of rejection.

what's wrong with flattering someone's ego and keeping up a conversation even though you may not be attracted to them.

it's like if someone approaches you and you get talking and then you find out they are in a relationship, most people decide to call it quits, what's the harm in continuing to chat to this person.

Everyone needs to be able to deal with having friends that either you like or like you and keeping it purely as such without compromising the situation with being either too detached or too involved emotionally.

Some people are almost stalkerish about it and a red flag automatically goes up when someone tries too hard. Especially if you let them know that you're not interested and they continue to pursue.
