I'm strong and have a mind that makes my eyes roll at horrors, so I can enjoy the fear, like a rollercoaster! If I know I'm safe, I'm fine...

But this movie looks seriously messed up. I was genuinely unnerved when it finished and I haven't felt that way about any horror movie in a long time.

However I will say, this does look set to be, not just a great horror movie, but a great movie in general. They've really took us back to the old days, when we were all genuinely shocked at the the terrors unleashing for the first time. This is not just a generic teen slasher that TRIES to scare you...I haven't seen anything like this in recent memory of horror films and I'm just going to see it for that alone...that and Jane Levy of course Her acting is superb from that trailer.

Haha looks awesome. Thats some pretty ridiculous ****. Had me cracking up a few times. Good stuff.

Hope they are not shoving all the gore in these spots. Only complaint is these trailer houses seriously need a new intense bass sound that doesnt sound like a decepticon. The footage has enough going on were it doesnt need loud hits every second and choppy editing for effect. Well cut and intense for the most part, but its a pretty manipulating style. Show anything to those sounds and it will be intense.

Wow..just wow. Watched the new trailer. I'm so there. This movie is going to be genuinely disturbing, and not the "let's see how we can torture someone to gross people out" disturbing like saw or hostel, but demonically disturbing. Which is everything I hoped this film would be. "We're gonna get you..." Evil Dead, you've already got me!

I don't do well with horror. I'm quite proud of me that I managed to watch the first 2 Evil Dead movies.

The trailer looks, good pretty much the original with better effects and budget.
Only thing putting me off watching is the involvement of Diablo Cody, she is just a terrible writer.

But being that it's not rated yet, let's hope the MPAA doesn't tell them it makes some cuts.

But this. It reminds me of the beginning of the most controversial horror movies during the 70's, particularly European horror. Where we were disturbed because we hadn't seen this much a dramatic impact in film before.
