The Dark Knight Exclusive New TDK Set Report!

The first post credit shot is a large side shot of Gotham City at nightl In the streets we follow 2 anxious guys around Gotham. The enter a parking garage and take an elevator up to the 2nd to last floor. The approach a white truck surrounded by a few cars when one of the guys is taken away. The other is foced over to the back of the truck, where a guy in the back tries to sell him drugs. The thug want's to buy, when suddenly the Batsignal illuminates the sky. The thug becomes visibly ancy, while the Scarecrow is not afraid.

At Bruce Wayne's house, he spots the signal, and leaves the room he's in. Back at the Garage, the guy really does not want to do the deal, when there is a problem: one of the big guys who took away the buyer's friend and tells the Scarecrow something, and we realize the Scarecrow's whole gang is entirely surrounded in the garage by a rival gang. A massive fight breaks where a car is blown up and several are shot. The Scarecrow gets in his truck to leave when blinding lights appear from across the street.

The Batmobile shoots off a rooftop, rockets across the street, smashes through the tip of the garage wall, clipping and destroying a few cars, and slams into the side of the White Truck. We realize Batman isn't even inside the Batmobile, when he lands gracefully in the midst of the chaos, and proceeds ot beat up just about everybody arround him. The Scarecrow gets the truck going and flees, as Batman is attacked by dogs. He gets them off, and races across the garage on foot, and leaps onto the side of ther truck. He punches in the wall and windows of the side, and the Scarecrow slams him into the wall, hurting Batman who drops off the side to the ground. Batman quickly rises, and races to the edge as the Scarecrow flees. The path down is a large circular driveway that has a cut ot opening, which Batman jumps down in, landing hard atop the Truck roof. He tries to shake Batman by smashing into the Guard house, and Batman falls off, clinging to the side as the car races away. Batman swings onto the hood, kicks in the windshield, and grabs the wheel, spinning it, as the truck tips and tumbles forward, coming to a stop. The scarecrow presumably caught.

:) Hope you guys liked it.

Ok, I browsed through a few posts trying not to spoil myself too much but basically read that Two-Face is in the film. This sux. I didn't want him in this film and if he was, only to show up at the end to set up for the next film. This is sounding too crowded now and I know people will say don't worry just look at BB. But BB didn't have two front line villains the caliber of the Joker and Two-Face. This is the first time I am actually a little concerned about this film. :csad:

This makes me really think that Nolan may only be doing two movies now. I know some will say that Bale, Caine and Oldman are all signed up for 3 films. Well, I want the article where it states that Oldman is signed for 3 films b/c I have never seen it. As for Bale and Caine, their 3rd film can easily be the JLA film now. I hope I'm just being extremely paranoid but I don't see good things coming out of significant screentime for Two-Face in this movie. This movie is supposed to just let Joker shine as the main villain. Save Two-Face!!! :cmad: For me, this gets a :down.

you know, they don't shoot these scenes in order. They're just doing all of the on location stuff all at once to save money. The two-face stuff could still be at the end...

im guessin harvy will get scarred and turn evil at the end of the film then leave a semi-cliff hanger for bm3

The two-face scene is definitely in the end.

When I first read about the scene with Harvey in the bar it really made me think that Harvey gets scarred, doesn't know what to do. Is upset, but not instantly insane. Is discharged from hospital. Mopes. Goes to the bar. Thinks. Get angrier and angrier, then becomes so angry he kills the cop (who maybe says something prickish). End Movie.

Having Two-Face kill a cop in a bar would be one piss-poor ending. Now, Two-Face killing every person in that bar, THAT would be an ending. It won't happen though.

I'm sure the bar scene will be ONE of the last scenes, but not the ending scene.

Have you ever seen a billion dollars? Just because you haven't seen it, doesn't mean it isn't there.

Words of Wisdom from "The Santa Clause"

Just a thought....lets put together some stuff...."double murder..and etc"....Joker saying that we should "peel back the skin [of harvey] to show the real harvey"...get what im saying?

Harvey some how sets up the man who becomes the joker and thus the man who has become the joker wants revenge against harv. thats why joker hates harv....in other words...let's see if i can get out what im trying to say....maybe there is this guy whom harv. can't close, court wise...and so he for what ever reason..gets the guy to a chem plant..after setting him up (double murder [2])...after a fight of some sort the guy falls in and becomes mr.j....but he's alive, and harv's career is thriving...so now the joker is pist...and wants revenge...thus the acid throw as noted by goyer....harv is now two-face...one villian makes the other...i hope that i got out what im thinking....oh yes...i hope so, so that way youll alll be like TDK...you are the *****....thankyou

There's more ...'s than a Frank Miller Comic Book.

What in the world is TEOL? I've heard it over 10 times this week.

what do you mean?....
Have you ever read "Batman: Year One" or "The Dark Knight Returns"?

Whenever Batman's in a fight he's like:

"I'm a lucky bastard... got shot in the leg... should slow me down... but it doesn't... this punk must be 13 years old... he doesn't have a chance... atleast I'm telling myself that... leg's stiffening up... punk's gettin' tired... but so am I... where the hell is Robin... should of been here 10 minutes ago... must be in trouble... no time to save him... can't let this punk get away... I can't find my smoke pellets... there they are... lucky bastard..."

ok, i get it now, but how does that relate to my theory?

So when did Joker ever say that and, again, where can i read these "sides" of which I know nothing.

I was just saying you did the 3 period (?) thing alot and it reminded me of Frank Miller.

I like your theory though.

I believe the term for such punctuation is an "ellipses". In case you were actually wondering about it.

ah, yes...ok...i have a habbit of doing that, my manager told me two things...one get spell check and two you ellipses alot, that needs to stop

and to the henchman...the casting sides are somewhere on the forum...you just have to hunt...i believe i posted something about them a few weeks back saying that the gorilla marketing of TDK could be linked to the casting sides...which are (by the by) are a sort of script that is given to stars to read for the roll on a high profile film.

I was reading some of the reports and I know how the scene with the Scarecrow goes. It is the films opening action scene!

So I know a while back the bank heist joker scene was the opening scene. But honestly, I'd much rather see this start out the movie. Like the film kicks in and the gangs are together and the signal flares and bam the whole scene. That'd be a great opening scene... tumbler, not destroyed yet, smashing through walls.
