There is NO red nose !
Its just the colour distortion of the camera, they are spying in dark lighting.
Its like saying " Omg, is that guy's arm really ORANGE ??? "

Well his neck doesn't look white at all, but like someone else said, it may be that it's a different color white, or a shadow or something. Or maybe he's wearing something that covers up his neck (i.e. the overcoat?)

Anyway, I'm digging the "grungy" Joker look - he looks like a greasy, cracked-out clown. Though my first preference was "Wall Street Joker" (like Paul Bettany from "Gangster No. 1" only in makeup), this still works quite well.

What kind of suit is he wearing? It looks purple, but it also doesn't look like a normal one - looks high in the back area. Actually, it almost looks like a suit a garbage man or janitorial-type person would wear.

I'm pretty sure he is just wearing a purple dress shirt with dress pants...

I think he's wearing a purple vest as well, thats why his back looks shiny haha. It appears Nolan is going for a very daper Joker.

I really like the look. Dirty, messy...he looks like a psychopathic killer.

My one problem: the hair color. Based on these pictures, it just isn't the shade of green I want. However, according to Noirman & Co.'s reports, it is the classic green. I'm waiting to see the teaser (or a new official picture) to make a real decision.

The reason it looks like a red nose is because

A) ya it is a different colour...

But also

B) it looks like he has a bump on his nose...like his nose is seperated

Not agreeing to the red nose thing...but it does look like it in that picture, but it is most likely just the distortion/lighting
