I don't think so. Even thought I love those themes I believe he'll do something original for both.

For some video isn't working is that the theme from the modern flash series? I like it generally but in some parts it gets a bit gospelly which I don't really like so I'm ok with they freshening it up.

The flash is very science based. It's not as ambiguously religious as superman or whatever has the chance to be

Elfman didn't do the theme for the CW show so... NO. It was the theme Elfman did for the 90's Flash show with Shipp. FYI, Elfman is doing the score now for JL.
