Ezra Miller IS the Flash

I'm good with the EZ attachment but can't decide if I prefer it in front of Flash or back of the name? FlashEZ or EZFlash -- EZFlash has a nice ring to it, yet the visual of FlashEZ is kind of cooler in a way. Ah its interchangeable anyways I guess.

Out of the two, definitely FlashEZ.

EzFlash breaks syllables in a strange way.

Well some people went with AquaMoa while others like me went with the AquaMOM choice. There is room for different versions ;)

I've also seen AquaMomoa.

Not saying you shouldn't go with Flez if you like it, I'm just sticking to FlashEZ baby :D

FlashEZ definitely sounds much better than Flez, but I still prefer Flaszra.
I think...

Oh, **** it!!! I'll call him Bob!

You can just change it according to your mood or something :o Flaszra when you are feeling emo, and FlashEZ when you feel frisky

:funny:

It actually might work that way.

Now only left to learn how to feel emo...

Agents of Shield is still a lousy show. It's dull as dishwater.

It's first season was pretty lousy, but I'm actually enjoying it's second season more than any other action TV show at the moment.

Pretty confident we are not getting Barry allen flash and thats cool with me.I got the Barry tv show to enjoy.

My choice would actually be Bart not wally.Bart is the Flash of the future.Sothe tv serieswould be "The Flash" while the movie series would be more like "Flash beyond".Similar to Batman and Batman beyond

I think the thing that I'm more interested in after this casting announcement is who will play Green Lantern. I just love the relationship that both the comics and the animated JL's between Hal/Barry and Wally/Kyle. I hope they keep this aspect at least. It's one of the more enjoyable character dynamics in the team.

So if Ezra Miller is the Flash and is in his mid-20's, who do you think can play Hal Jordan to his Barry? It would probably be someone at least below the age of 35. Talk about out of the box casting! WB sure know how to keep you on your toes!

You have to give me time to come up with an out of the box prediction for who will be cast as GL.

Haven't seen much of the animated stuff yet although I plan to. Love the relationship in the comics and agree, hope they translate that across.

I know zero about this guy,but he looks like Miles Teller. At least that's the vibe I'm getting.Nothing "Flash-like" about him.

They should'a just got Gustin.

Awful decision. We've seen before with Smallville/Superman Returns how this divides it's fan-base. And does this mean we will have to sit through another live action Flash origin? It will flop.

Should have merged the TV verse. It would be like, if when 24 was big, them releasing a 24 film with someone else playing Jack Bauer. It undermines the show.

it's nothing like 24. Jack Bauer was created for the tv show, he wasn't in a book for decades.

I'm surprised by that casting, but there is no way they would hire him if they weren't confident about this move.

I don't know Miller, but I'm more than willign to give him his chance. and While I wait to watch the movie, I still can enjoy Grant in the tv show.

I'm not comparing the Flash to 24. I'm comparing having a running series with the same character played by a different actor to a film franchise. This argument shouldn't even be happening but thanks to WB's stupidity, it is.

I understand your point. I don't think it will play against the show nor the movie though. Not to mention we don't know if the show will still exist when the movie is released. Everything can happen.

As I've said we've been through this with Smallville and Superman Returns. I think that the amount of reboots and reinterpretations of that character since John Byrne's initial (and best) reboot has divided everyone's idea of what the character should be. And it's hurt the character. He's lost some of his iconography.

Marvel restructured their Iron Man character to fit with Robert Downey and he's huge. Everyone knows who and what Iron Man is far more than you would have ever thought possible for that character.

Having multiple actors (at the same time) playing these characters is an extension of what's driven me away from comics. Creators ignoring each other and reinterpreting rather than building something more definitive.

Difference being there are several Flash. For all we know he could be playing Bart.
