Val Kilmer has only ever been good in two things. MacGruber and this picture:

West - Batman to Old Man
Keaton - Batman to Birdman
Kilmer - Batman to Fat Man
Clooney - Batman to Married Man
Bale - Batman to Madman
Affleck - Batman to Most Raged About Man :o

These types of posts always remind me of just how young the average poster on this site is. I mean Tombstone and Top Secret! say hello. Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang too if something more recent is your thing.

....Am I the only one who liked Kilmer in BF? I thought he was great.

Aside from the occassional lisping I enjoyed him just fine. He had an interesting take when it came to humanizing the Batman & Bruce Wayne from the Burton movies a bit more. In many scenes he reminded me of the Neal Adams/Denny O'Neil Batman not just from an aesthetic standpoint but in terms of mannerisms and demeanor.

The Saint (1997) and At First Sight (1999) were good movies too.

Hey, I've been around for a while and I've seen most of Kilmer's movies; I wasn't really being serious with that post. Tombstone, Top Secret and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang are pretty good. However, after suffering through Red Planet, Island of Dr. Moreau, Batman Forever and other films, I have to say I'm not a fan. Granted, many of the movies he's been bad in would have been bad no matter who played his role, however, I feel that while Kilmer is capable of turning out a good performance in a good movie, he is also an actor who can make a bad movie worse.

How are people forgetting Willow....that movie is the ****

Oh yeah that one too.

Actually I have an unpopular movie opinion that it's more entertaining and rewatchable than Return of the Jedi but then again for the longest time I really didn't like RoTJ all that much. I appreciate it now more but back in the late 80's and throughout the 90's it always felt off to me. At least relative to other Lucasfilm productions like it's predecessors, American Graffiti and the Indiana Jones trilogy.

Star Wars and Empire Strikes Back are both 10/10, ROTJ is a great movie but it doesn't compare to the first two, i can see how you would prefer Willow. There's less childish goofiness in Willow. Willow is somewhat lacking in the third act though, they could've had stronger villains IMO.

I just love that style though. That 80s fantasy style, with practical effects. Legend, Labyrinth, Willow, Return to Oz, The Neverending Story, i know I'm missing some other ones.. But i love the look of those movies. Practical effects are so much better

I'm really interested in seeing what sort of training Ezra will be doing. Personally I think Flash should be lean with strong legs like Randy Orton is built. His legs shouldn't be too big, but big enough to where you can tell it's the strongest part of his body.

flash doesn't need to be huge, nor should he be comically disproportionate(like the image above, no offense)... from some pic's of Ezra that I've seen posted around he does already seem to be very lean and tone, but, that really only shows in his shirtless pics, fully clothed he appears quite skinny

so, he definitely needs to bulk up a bit (especially if he's going to have any scenes with Cavil, Batfleck, Momoa or even Fisher) because standing next to these guys, he'll look like a toothpick (no offense to him, so would I) just saying

on the other hand, he might make Gal look a bit bigger (I kidd)

I know I'm late in the party.... but I want to give my opinion. I haven't seen anything from Ezra to give a judgement, I will see Perks soon so I maybe will have a better judgement for that.
Physically speaking I agree with the guy who said of other actors who changed completely in the hands of Snyder (visually speaking) and screamed the character so I'd say I hope #TheFlez is good.

Also people who says about J. Alba Sue Storm comparissons, that's not the case, Alba's skin is like tanned and Millers skin is "white" so the blond hair will suit him IMO. but I don't know if they will dye to blonde honestly.

I can see them doing a Chris Evans kind of hair coloring on him. Not really going overboard with blonde coloring, but lightening it up from how dark the hair normally is.

The Doors, Tombstone, Heat, Top Gun, Thunderheart, At First Sight, True Romance, Willow, Ghost and the Darkness... dude is awesome. I thought he was the best part of Batman Forever.

I am not paying attention to his hair. Hot Damn.

Anyway, I was just thinking about Evans. He is a dark haired gentleman who looks just fine with that dirty blond look.

Kilmer was great in BF, but they deleted his most interesting scenes. In some of the deleted scenes, he's as intense as Bale was in BB.

I really like BF, but it could have been so much better with some of those deleted scenes.

whenever i see Ezra Miller i think BLUE BEETLE (Jaime Reyes ) not THE FLASH.....but i'm not saying he wont be a good FLASH just that he dosn't look like him at all. So i'm not going to rage out about this until i see more.

Ill reserve my judgement on him, is there a recent pic of him now?
