Fable III

Did you ever notice that the Men's Pyjama top looks a lot like a polo shirt? I put it together with some pants, dyed it pink and the pants a denimy blue, and saved it on a mannequin. I call it "the Soccer Mom." :awesome:

You should have added your Picard-facepalm pic to that post, Corp.

You're just jealous that you never thought of making a soccer mom outfit yourself. :oldrazz:

Now I just gotta find some pies and have my princess gain 30 lbs.

If El Bastardo ever joins my game, the first thing I'm doing is switching to the Soccer Mom.

Your hammer shall be called "Muffin Top." You will have Jennifer Aniston hair.

Heh, I should change that tonight. My default pistol is called "Wasp Sting" and my default rifle is, of course, "Boomstick." Oh, and my dog is named "Cat."

Oh yeah, Scythe's Hammer, I think, is the hammer I'm using now. I guess the other names jogged my memory.

Just got a new rifle, The Equaliser, from the Aurora Demon Door.

85 Damage, no damage upgrades. Instead:
Vigilante - Kill 150 mercenaries - +30% Damage vs. Evil Human Enemies
Woodward - Drag 10 criminals to jail - +Shotgun Spray
Night Watchman - Kill 200 enemies at night - +40% Damage to Enemies at Night

Eh.

Well, if you're good, the evil human enemies bonus is pretty sweet. Shotgun spray's always good, too.

Do rifles always have only 2 shots? I'd prefer to use one, but I like being able to shoot more than twice before the enemeis are right on top of me.

Twice? I can fire four times. Maybe it's based on how many Ranged chests you've opened? Pistols have four shots before reloading for me, too.

I don't know what the game constitutes as "Evil Humans," though. I mean, if it's just mercenaries and bandits and the like, who are actually the only human enemies I can even think of, then it's largely useless.

Oh, for anyone still playing the game: I have some spare Best Buy DLC codes if you want one.

The more you level up a rifle the more shots it can fire, although that may differ depending on your play style.

@El Bastardo, I think Logans elite guards also qualify for evil humans, as do Ferrets men.

... Well.

I unlock the level 5 melee chest.

Hero Sword gets the following:
"Your weapon has reacted to your venereal disease by adopting a venomous aura."

Your "sword" has a venomous aura. Huh huh.

I think I'm winding down on this game. Two and a half playthroughs might be enough. Castlevania, here I come!

Me! MEEEEEE!!!!

What do they give you?

I think pistols have five for me. I've never counted, though.

PM'd you the code, Corp.

Poor Brian the gnome-lover.

And it got me the Gnomewrecker gun. Ooh.

Gnomewrecker = pistol
74 base damage (with the level 4 Ranged chest)
Shortist - Kill 200 short enemies - +30% damage vs. short enemies
Insulter - Earn Guild Seals from evil expressions - +10 extra damage
Smasher - Kill 100 enemies with flourishes - +10 extra damage

Though the upgrades would pretty much suck to do, I think it would come out to the highest damaging gun in the game. At least, it's the highest one I've seen.

Thanks, I'll try it tonight.

I'm at 30 gnomes right now. I hate hearing the little bastards and then eliminating hiding spots until I realize they're in an area I can't get to yet. That happened with a locked gate in Bowerstone Industrial. Luckily, I decided to do some random quests and one of them turned out to be the animal liberation thing that opened that gate.

Haha, yeah, that happened to me too.

I wound up finding all the Auroran flowers without even opening the quest. Go figure. I just wanted to look around once I got over there.

And I just got the Super Hero achievement, too. Close to the key one. I'm only down two silver keys and one gold key, dernit.

I'm up to... 27 weapons, I think. I have two or three more I think I can unlock. Considering ~25 spawn per game, I cannot believe the level of bad luck I've had, that in joining two of my friends' worlds, I wound up with a ton of duplicates.

I want to get the clothing achievement. Mostly because I just want all the clothing. I've moved from Soccer Momming it up to attempting to duplicate comic characters' looks. After a failed attempt to do the Joker (the Harlequin makeup and dying the short, wavy hairstyle green were literally the only things that worked), I tried an all-white Phantom Rider look but didn't like it. I dyed it all red instead and made the princess a redhead. Red Riding Hood! :awesome:

All I need is the Queen outfit, but I deleted the princess I want to remake before shipping her Queen outfit to my guy. >_<

Oh yeah, I still gotta become the queen. I was gonna do that last night but noticed a massive list of side quests had opened up, so I did those instead. I really want that crown; all the other hats suck.
