Indeed, Bethesda's games always launch busted in some way. I still can't go into the library in FO3 without the game crashing.

Oddly they're the only Dev I forgive for such issues.

Although i can't remember if Skyrim was busted in day one.

Which bothers me about how New Vegas was critically received because Fallout 3 was just as busted at launch especially on PS3.

I wonder if they will release a list of the "spoken" names that you can choose from to name your character.

hopefully they include some less than common names.

I like to give my female characters names like Luna, Illya, Kira, Kara, etc. which may not be common names.

I'm getting sick of the platform exclusivity crap, especially for DLC.

Really? As good as those games are, they are usually more broken than most things out there.

They're also better than most things out there.. Even broken. I never play Bethesda games Sony systems so I never had much of an issue.

I remember when I bought Skyrim for PS3 on day one, I pressed Start and the initial loading screen ( the one with all the fog ) got stuck for 15 minutes with the Skyrim theme looping in the background.

I'm sure the list will come out and some point, but my guess is it won't be until after release. My speculation is that Bethesda probably took the top 1000 most popular names in North America, but they might have thrown some lesser-used monikers in there just for fun. I certainly wouldn't put it past them to include a few sneaky Easter eggs like that, just to surprise people!

I know that they are throwing in "joke/immature" names like Boobies and ****face.

so hopefully something like Luna or Illya makes it in.......lol.

I also wonder how much using a "spoken name" makes a difference. Like, will other characters speak your character's name if it's on the list, or does this just apply to that robot butler.

Bethesda's Pete Hines has gone on record as saying that Fallout 4 DLC will be available for all platforms at the same time and that no deals have been made for platform-only or platform-first content.

The mod tools release for both the PC and Xbone in early 2016. So, not technically exclusive.

No. Bethesda has an extremely close relationship with MS. Their games always ran like poop on Sony's systems. Plus with Windows 10 unifying everything it makes sense to do it on Xbox first.

which is why I am a bit surprised the X1 didn't get DLC first at least.
