Very much so
There's a song(instrumental actually) that plays when Dom and Brian are making their cars before they race each other, does anyone know what it is?
Yeah, was waiting for Tyrese the whole time lol
That's the theme from the official score. 'Fast and Furious' by Brian Tyler.
Yeah, was waiting for Tyrese the whole time lol
Haha, so was I.

Proof that a slick trailer, hot wheels and the promise of skimpy chicks will defeat the wailing of film critics every time, Universal Pictures has just informed us that Fast And Furious bagged $2.5 million yesterday at Australia's cinemas. Yes, in one day, the fourth spin of a franchise known for containing fast and, incredibly, furious things, was able to secure enough coin to break the record for the biggest box office opening day ever in April.
Want some context? How about a little movie we like to call The Dark Knight? The Heath Ledger-fuelled Dark Knight took $2.45 million on its opening day last April, less than what punters splashed on the blockbuster reunion of Vin Diesel and Paul Walker. Repeat: Fast And Furious has beaten Dark Knight. Gulp. Keep an eye out for the other three Horsemen of the Apocalypse, that's what we're advising.
You can click here to read all about what Empire made of the fourth Fast And Furious outing which, as you might expect, is quite a different response than was generated at ticket booths yesterday. Supporting Fast And Furious' mammoth $70 million opening weekend in the US, this record-breaking Australian opening day suggests we haven't seen the last of this smash-and-crash series. Pity.
Batman aint no buster.
Hey, I'm just sayin....![]()
Fast & Furious.
No wonder this movie is a smash hit. It's just so much fun. Honestly some of the most fun I've had at the movies in a long time. It has this brilliant combination of legitimate fun and parts so bad you can't help but laugh your ass off. I don't think anything like that has been done since the 80's. Speaking of which Vin Diesel played this movie totally 80's (Sans one-liners sadly). He no sold a gun shot to the back and just turned around and gave this bad ass look and later he non chalantly blew up cars with a shotgun. He even had flashes of that self aware glint that Connery had in the Bond films and Schwarzenegger had in Commando, but only flashes, there wasnt enough of it. Paul Walker this time playing a suit rather than a street tough guy did ok, I could actually watch him without cringing. The girls where fine in their limited roles, Jordana Brewster is hot as hell, she needs to co-star along Malin Akerman (In ANYTHING) yesterday.

It takes place after 2 but before 3Even though everyone says this takes place after 2, its very likely that it's before imo
especially considering the rescue, which could be the reason he's on the run later on. Thought it makes the feds hiring him less likely. Then again, it's just a dumb movie
I figured the opening scene with Han happened before Tokyo Drift but the rest of the movie was supposed to be happening at the same time as Tokyo.
