Fast Five Aka The Fast and The Furious 5

Well i think there is one race in this movie between Han, Roman, Dom and Brian in cop cars.
Theres one scene where
Dom and Brian want a really fast car so they go to the Rio street racing scene and Dom bets his muscle car for the blue porsche, and you know they are going to race for it and your waiting to see the race but then it cuts to Dom and Brian pulling into their hideout having won the race but we did not see it. But to be honest i wasnt really that bothered that we did not see the race, because the other car acton, fight action make up for it.

So from reading your 'spoiler' it sounds like it's no longer the fast and the furious, its just the furious.

LOL....Its still Fast but theres a lot more car chases in the movie rather then Races...

I liked the cop car race.... have we had all the good guys race each other in the same car yet?

I liked it as well, a good race and i liked the banter between the 4 characters as well. I dont think we have had a race between the main 4 characters in the same car before.
So Dr Lee what did you think about
Vince Dying

Din't expect it TBH.... thought we'd just see him betray them over his long standing miss-trust of Brian... then have Brian do something that solved the issue....

Didn't see the death coming

I just thought of something. (Spoiler for Fast Five after-credits scene)
It has come to my attention that Dom's car in Tokyo Drift was a Plymouth Road Runner. I believe Letty's car in F&F was the same. With Letty being alive (?), does anyone think that means anything? Dom having that same car chronologically after Letty's supposed death?

Great track. The entire score is amazing.

^^At 2:10 it's sounds like the Inception score (The trailer music) with the blaring horns...

They might as well change the title and call it a spinoff. I don't understand why anyone would want the film to get away from what its about. The same as having a superhero flick get away from being a superhero flick.

It's been heading this direction since the first film. I actually prefer this aspect of it , your still gonna see the characters being chased around so it's not that different.

Vince Dying

Whoa,your saying.....
Dom dies in this one!?!?,WTF!?the end credits has Letty alive and yet Dom dies although this is suppose to be a prequel to Tokyo Drift and Vince supposedly has been in major talks with the producer to continue the franchise???.....WTF!?!?

Dom- Vin Diesel. Vince- Matt Shulze

Fast 6....But bring Lin back, even if you have to wait for him to do terminator.

Oh yeah. Justin Lin needs to keep doing the Fast franchise. He's done such a great job

That's great for Justin Lin, and as a young african american aspiring to be a filmmaker, it's great to see someone in a minority of any kind break into mainstream moviemaking and grab hold of it. I hope more black filmmakers break out like Justin is.

Justin is asian.

Yeah I know. It's great to see this. Honestly it's usually caucasians are doing these big summer movies, so it's great to see this man's success. I hope it continues.

Justin is from Asia.

Yes, I know he's asian. I said minority of any kind. So when I see Guillermo Del Toro do Hellboy, John Singleton do 2 Fast 2 Furious, and I see Justin Lin to Fast Five and now Terminator it inspires me. I'm black, but it inspires me when any can cross the threshold and start doing these.

That RT score for this film is a surprise, it must be the best by a long way that one of these movies has gotten.

Both Fast Five and Thor are getting alot of good reviews, so it'll be interesting to see how these two movies will fare at the box office since they're only a week apart.
