what was your favorite death of a villian in the spiderman trilogy?

mine would be Venoms, even though i hate they killed him off...but Green goblin would be a verry close second.

I liked venom's best. IT is most creative and makes you wonder if he TRUELY is dead. The one I liked next was Green Goblin's. It was kinda shocking. You never expected something like that to happen. New Goblin comes after him. It was nothing very shocking or exciting, but it was very emotional. He gave up his life to save Peter. After comes Doc Ock. I thought the way he turned good was too simple. Peter talks about intelligence and wa la!

yes it does. I see lots of people in my class, other forums, etc talking aobut it wondering if he is really dead or not. And Green Goblin- I know it happens in the comics. But when you watch that ending battle you forget all about it and get so into the movie. It just happened so fast. Suddenly GG says something and Spidey's spider sense goes off. Before you know it, the glider just comes right in and stabs him.

jerk. first off, you never really see him as a skeleton. That could have been an x-ray effect. SO its really up to the writers. And yeah I know its obvious, you know what I mean. How old are you?

I also love Raimi's attention to detail in this scene. Watch the shot where the camera pans away from Ock sinking into the water under the fusion ball. You can see his shades swirling in the water in the bottom right corner of the screen.

And Venom is dead. Dead, dead, DEAD! Raimi went to the trouble to add a CGI shot of his skeleton in that explosion. Explosions don't give X-Ray effects on people.

sheesh! you have no right saying weather venom is dead or alive! It is up to the filmmakers! Nothing is official. When I hear Sam Raimi say "venom is dead" then I will know venom is dead.

It is up to the filmmakers! Nothing is official. When I hear Sam Raimi say "venom is dead" then I will know venom is dead.

Do you really need to hear Sam say it to prove the obvious?? If Brock came back in the next movie, he'd look like this:
