If not for the one killing Ben, Harry would have no reason to be a Goblin, Norman would still be alive
Unless Peter becomes Spider-Man cause the Goblin killed MJ in the balcony, that s another case

Im thinking Harry because he was his best friend, or green goblin because he was the first. The symbiote messed with his mind alot but i dont think it was the most impacting.

Well, when Marko killed Uncle Ben he didn't have powers, so I'm not sure that counts. If we're only counting what they done as villains, then probably Goblin. Maybe Ock, since he allowed Harry to know Spidey's identity, and probably triggered Peter's powers back.
