How does this executive privilege work? Does this mean the report will be withheld?

What seems worse is Trump’s ability to prevent McGahn and possibly Mueller from testifying. There really is no equal systems of checks and balances in this country. It seems tipped towards the executive branch what with the spineless fat ***** that Barr is guarding him.

Trump will use this to embolden his base and say they’re still out to get me despite “no collusion”
