Here’s the other thing: even if there was fraud (which there wasn’t by all objective evidence) that still doesn’t justify a violent insurrection by an angry mob.
O. J. Simpson went to prison for breaking into a hotel room and threatening someone who had stolen his memorabilia. The fact that his stuff was stolen didn’t make the breaking and entering lawful. And OJ rightly went to prison. I guess Rudy doesn’t think that trespassing and terroristic threatening is a crime.
