Vince McMahon is an insane genius who lives in his own bubble.

I remember a Triple H interview (forgot the year) where he said him, Steph, and Vince watched the movie Gladiator and Vince loved it, but he thought it was a new movie when it actually came out in the year 2000!

Thanks to whoever made my Warrior thread title!

Things I want to see:

1. A lengthy Daniel Bryan title run.
2. Dolph Ziggler finally reaching sustained ME status
3. Batista putting over either Bryan or Punk
4. Big E, Roman, and Antonio getting mid card pushes
5. A Paige/AJ feud

Matches:

1. Cena/Punk/Bryan vs The Shield
2. Lesnar vs Batista
3. Shield vs Wyatt's
4. Batista vs Reigns
5. Ambrose vs Reigns vs Rollins

I like the Paige/AJ idea and the thought of Dolph getting a proper chance at the top of the card. I also hope Big Dave is used to put over guys other than his Evolution buddies.

I missed this. Here's my mine:

1. Daniel Bryan world title run
2. CM Punk vs Daniel Bryan in a high profile world title feud
3. John Cena elevate another guy
4. A more serious Intercontinental championship division
5. Dolph Ziggler rise to the main-event

1. Daniel Bryan vs Brock Lesnar
2. John Cena vs Antonio Cesaro
3. CM Punk vs Daniel Bryan vs John Cena
4. Sami Zayn vs Seth Rollins
5. Paige vs AJ Lee

I'm curious Sage, what route would you take for a Bryan/Punk angle over the WWE title? Looking at your match list, could Cesaro be the choice for Cena to elevate?

1)Proper Daniel Bryan WWE title run.
2)Crusierweight title return :(
3)Fandango midcard title run. yeah, I said it :o
4)Usos tag title run
5)Emma on Raw/SD regularly

1)Big Show vs Antonio Cesaro
2)Daniel Bryan vs Batista
3)John Cena vs CM Punk
4)Roman Reigns vs Antonio Cesaro
5)Brock Lesnar vs Sheamus

Fandango as IC Champ would work, like my 3MB as Tag Champs wish, they'd be short runs but could be fun! :D I think you'll get your wish with The Usos, my guess is they'll win the Tag titles at either EC or Mania.

The Cesaro Swing on Big Show should be on deck as a Mania moment this year!

1-Lengthy Daniel Bryan title run
2-Tag team Division really elevated
3-The rise of Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns
4-LESS PPVs!!!
5-Dolph Ziggler getting a main event run(least likely IMO)

1-Daniel Bryan vs Brock Lesnar
2-Antonio Cesaro vs John Cena
3-The Shield vs The Wyatt Family
4-Batista vs Roman Reigns
5-Dean Amborse vs Seth Rollins

Well WWE have shaved 1 PPV off this year which is a start I guess lol.

Bryan vs Lesnar would be a great Mania main event. I'd love to see Rollins and Ambrose take their FCW feud to the next level over the IC or US title.

Wow that's hilarious. :lmao:

Vince is also a workaholic. He probably doesn't have the time to pay attention to pop culture. The people that work for him should do that. Of course, if he doesn't listen to those people...

He probably thinks that Adam West is still Batman.

:lmao: I need to find this interview!

I wonder if he thinks Roger Moore is still James Bond.

Well he's the one super obsessed with attracting a mainstream audience so should be willing to take the time out to get a feel for what's popular at the moment instead of green lighting several WWE Films and being shocked when they fail.

Hard to say about Bryan/Punk. I don't want either to turn heel. I was going to say a Best vs Best angle, but that's what Jericho vs Punk was. Maybe Punk starts questioning whether he's still the best. It's been a year since he's been champion. Bryan has grown popular. Maybe a jealousy angle, but it would have to be played well to avoid turning Punk heel.

Cesaro vs Cena I'd want to see from a match standpoint. I'd love for Cesaro to be the one Cena elevates but he's in the tag team ranks right now, and I don't know how he could breakaway into a singles' run. He'd require a gimmick change.

I think the most successful films they've ever done where The Scorpion King, The Rundown, and Walking Tall and even then, they were co-produced by them.

As we have noted, TNA is looking to bring in more fresh faces to build up their roster, as seen last week with The American Wolves. One name drawing interest is Chris Hero (Kassius Ohno in WWE NXT) but word is that so far that interest hasn’t been mutual.

It’s said that Hero really hopes to return to WWE one day and feels any deal with TNA would hinder those aspirations, despite comments he has made in interviews about possibly going to TNA.

According to a source, TNA would pay Hero more than their standard lower level contract and see him as a guy like Ethan Carter III that they could quickly turn into a key player.

Speaking on changing with the times, I'll say that gimmicks influenced by Walter White from Breaking Bad or Dexter Morgan from Dexter would be rather amusing to see because of morbid curiosity of whether they'd get over.

Maybe they can even book an angle with the Wyatts that have elements of Walking Dead in it for good measure.

He even said in his shoot interview right after being released that he left on good terms and would love to return to the E in the near future.

Enjoyable first match on ROH. I dig the Romantic touch character. And Andrew Leverett really agile.

This went under the radar last month:

Former NWA champion Adam Pearce wrote on Twitter that he was on a plane bound to Orlando, Florida and wrote "The next chapter begins. #Thankful"
In asking several WWE developmental talents, I am told Pearce is scheduled to be at the Performance Center this week as a guest trainer.

Corino is easily the best commentater in wrestling right now. He is so damn entertainer and doesn't actually take away from the matches.

It probably goes without saying, but I don't ever want to be alone in a room with Mark Briscoe.

I just remembered that I need to add Jacobs and Whitmer to my creations in 2k14

I actually just downloaded Jimmy Jacobs from CC. :p Beefing his moveset to be more accurate.

Pretty sweet tag finisher there.

Also on my wish list for 2k15, create-a-tag move

I also think Create-A-Submission would be a neat little feature.

It would be nice to be able to download created championships too.

The more I watch him, the more I like Silas Young.
