Firefly's Fillion Moves into Castle

i know that the Castle boss commented that the Bones lot were taking too long to hook up the duo... so, yeah, it won't be this season... but i can see it being sometime in the next season.

Thought i do think they'll address the 'Caskett' by the end of the remaining 2 episodes

hahaha, the movie versions of Ryan and Esposito had me cracking up. Ryan was dead on. I wonder who will play Nikki Heat now.

I thought it was Laura '70s show' Prepon from her earlier appearance when she was looking and acting more like Beckett more and more .

That swimsuit shot was a bit of a let down. It only half showed Beckett and mostly from the top. Her swimsuit wasn't very nice looking either and was almost as if she were trying to hide her body. She would've been much better in a standard two-piece bikini.

She wasn't.....which was why they had Rhodes in rehab...

I just finished ever episode of Bones on Insta-Watch and now I just have to wait for this season to finish up so I can watch this season on DVD but I'm having a hard time deciding which show I like more Castle or Bones the tension in both is just so damn good but I think I will give Bones the credit for better cases. I see Castle and Bones are two very different shows. To me Bones is a more realistic police/CSI type show. The characters are real and have depth to them. Castle is more of a fun, comedy/police drama theme. The characters for the most part are "cute" and non-abrasive. The main focus of the show is Castle, his antics, and the "will he get the girl" scenario.

The show is great when it focuses on Castle and the lighthearted nature of the show rather then the more serious story lines.

On a side note, there are a million other choices they could have gone with for a sexy bikini for Beckett, than that ugly thing they put her in. It covered way too much, the colors were horrible, and the fitting didn't compliment her figure at all.

I think Castle balances character depth, drama, mystery and the romantic underpinning of the Castle/Beckett relationship better than any other show out there. I bought a season of Bones but it just didn't really do anything for me on any level.

I'd say of all the shows that have played the will they/wont they card, non have been as effective as Castle and Beckett as their chemistry is incredible, I also think it helps that from a guy perspective you actually root for Castle as Fillion is so likable and one of the guys.

I wouldn't really say I see either show being in the ultra realistic mould though.

I think it may just be that I have watched all but the most current season of Bones that helps my opinion of it Hunter but to me Boreanaz is just as likable as Fillion and I feel that Bones thrives on the Booth/Brennan tension as much as Castle thrives on the Beckett/Castle tension. Plus Boreanaz is just hilarious as Booth I mean they guy that played Broody Angel for so long is playing this Super Energetic and Hyper guy its just fun to watch.

As I said, it's almost as if she were a bit shy and wanted to cover herself up. They played this music over the scene as if it were going to be something incredibly hot, but when she emerged from the water you had to think "what the heck is that thing she's wearing?" Her style of swimsuit didn't fit the context of the scene. At first I thought it was a full bodied one piece suit with no holes in the front and thought "are they seriously having her get out of the pool in something like that when everyone normally comes out in a bikini?" Most women who have a good figure opt for a bikini as the one piece is a bit old fashioned and for those who aren't as confident.

Every other show I've seen with a similar scene has a girl in a bikini not a one piece: Hawaii Five-O, Nikkita, Smallville, Alias to name a few.

Yeah the suit was something I kinda was like huh? on but she still looked stunning. Plus apparently those suits are all the rage now in the fashion world and are supposed to put off the idea that you have money because they are designer suits.

Simple but fun ep this week, quirky little case, great character interaction as always and a dollop of Castle/Alexis sub-plot, his face at the end was priceless!

The finale looks suitably epic!

It would be a daring move. I don't see how the show could go on without her. Then again, I'm sure that a lot of people didn't see how Cheers could continue without Diane. But Monty said that he took steps to protect her....and the envelope....it has to be part of a trap for the real killer.

I winced when that played out and was dismayed especially after his stirring speech about making a stand. Then, they flipped it again and the "taking a stand" moment carried even more weight. We all thought that was going to be the finale shocker and then BAM....!!!!

I literally spent minutes mumbling "WTF?" over and over stumbling around my house. That had to be the best episode of TV I've seen since the final episode of The Shield. Remarkable all the way through.

I usually watch this show online on ABC's site but had to make an exception for the season finale. I think I'm going to end up watching it again online anyway because I missed some dialog.

Wow what an intense episode, it was awesome. It fired on all cylinders as usual for the show.

There's no way Beckett is going to die, she's like half the reason the show works. If she died I'd stop watching, cuz Fillion ain't good enough to keep me interested (no offense to him). Man I almost expected that last scene to play out with Castle getting shot instead of Beckett, that would've been made for a more interesting outcome IMO.

The Esposito/Ryan scene in the alley was one of the highlights of the episode for me, captured my reaction to the Montgomery reveal and it was a great showcase for the actors too.

I want Season 4 now!!!
