That was a quicker resolution to their fight than I was expecting. And it was a classic file too. Lots of twists and turns to figure out who the real killer was.

Castle back to being fun this week, without the stupid Alexis hissy fits. Nice to see David Blue on screen again

I was thinking that Stana Katic kind of looks like a prettier version of Boti Bliss.

If Kate had a sister, she could've played her. Or if they decided to do a flashback episode where they show Beckett's mother, they could get her for the role.

Damn you castle.... Now I have that song in my head... And not in a good way! That was a VERY chilling end to the episode.

It was obvious that the 3XK would be back at some point, but this was a very well done return, even if we didn't exactly see him (though I'll have to double check if the homeless dude at the start was Tyson or not).

Wersching and Maphor (I know I've spelt their names wrong) were equally as creepy... This could have been a VERY good Halloween episode TBH.

Wow, best episode of the season so far. I was on the edge of my seat during the entire episode. That ending sent some serious chills down my spine! Well done!

Incredible episode! It really was tense and gripping, the show at it's best. Was the song at the end used prior or was it just the lyrics that made it so chilling and the fact a classic ballad was used in such a macabre and twisted fashion?

Until this episode I'd forgotten about 3XK, he's been "dead" for so long. Now they just have to avoid what Bones did and drag him out into this super smart serial killer who just won't go away for three seasons.

Well, it's pretty much like 3XK's very first episode. They caught the partner who confessed to his murders, but 3XK himself got away. Only this time we're still not a 100% certain that it's actually 3XK or just Niemen playing a sick mind game. Very well done ending.

Exactly, the resolution was that Castle and Beckett lost this round and there is a dangerous recurring enemy out there and they still aren't fully sure if 3XK is alive or not.

I thought it would be a 2-parter and that we'd see doubles of Ryan, Beckett and maybe even Castle himself. Or maybe a double of Alexis or Martha. A pretty chilling episode.

I was expecting more doubles as well, mainly when they mentioned the Miami murders, I thought when pics came through of the victims they'd look like two of the other characters.

I love how the show balances out it's darker eps and more lighthearted ones throughout the season.

I was expecting more doubles as well, mainly when they mentioned the Miami murders, I thought when pics came through of the victims they'd look like two of the other characters.

Same here. Maybe more doubles will show up later in the season and they'll know immediately that it's connected to this. It seems that they're setting this up as a bigger story arc.

What would be shocking is if Castle finds the body of Alexis's double but doesn't know it's a double at first. He'll think it's her, but then the real Alexis shows up.

What would be even more shocking is if it were the body of the real Alexis and then the double showed up.

Or 3XK dumps the double and kidnaps Alexis... I know they've done the kidnapped plot already, but it would be a bigger storyline than Target/Hunt

Ooh, I like the sounds of that! Imagine Castle waking up and finding a dead Alexis double on his couch without him knowing it's a double. Or a dead Beckett double.

Or have 3XK abduct the real Alexis and put a dead double in her new apartment with all the evidence pointing at Pi. t:

Well the doubles in this weeks case had a reason as they were used to get the 3XK files, but I could see that Alexis plot happening in the future as it's a surefire way to mess with Castle and it would probably be easier to make him think Alexis has been killed than Beckett.
