You had me up until the last bit. There's no need to draw groans from the audience by making the same mistake as the trailer.Destructicus said:I want to see Bumblebee transforming and Spike saying what the fu@@, Then some huge explosions and then TRANSFORMERS, A Michael Bay Film.
Dr Lee said:There was something on AICN tha stated that we would see BB transforming and Prime talking.
No idea if that was true of not though.
if it's true though i'd expect that it would include.the bit where Prime introdces himself to Spike.

You still live in lala land do you? Face the cold hard fact...nobody cares but the fanbase. The masses just want to see giant robots. No one freaking remembers Soundwave but people on the Internet.CFlash said:"From Executive Producer, Steven Spielberg. And the director of Armageddon." is most definately going to be in there somewhere I'm sure.
Lots of girls in the audience are going to roll their eyes. Dudes will be all interested at the edge of their seats but will no doubt be confused at the lack of recognizability of the characters or vehicles. "Yo! Where's Soundwave? And what the f* was that car... a Camaro?" Many dudes will roll their eyes. "Yo they pimped up Optimus Prime yo!"
And at the end, we'll all be hoping the Spider-Man 3 trailer comes up next so we can forget what we just saw.

Wake up.
no i think peoples knowledge goes only as far as how optimus looks like.....CFlash said:I think everyone that grew up on Transformers G1 (a huge generation of ppl)... but is no longer a "fan"... remembers Soundwave. In fact, it's "the fans" (the ones that have been through and accepted all the incarnations) that I think are the most RECEPTIVE to this movie.
