No, not till Season 5ish I think. Most of Season 4 is pretty tame with relationship focus on Lorelai.

Also the getting it on part is all of one time and after that it's over..sort of.

The whole Dean thing just seemed like something the writers tacked on it's never mentioned again and she never seems sorry or wracked with guilt over it.
Meh..it seemed like shoddy writting.

Actually she's dating Dean at the start of season 5.
