I figured since we have about 50 million threads dedicated to bashing this movie, it might be nice to start a thread for those who loved this movie because there seem to be fewer of these. Lightning, you can close or merge this thread if you like, I just thought it'd be nice to have a thread for praising the movie.:)

Well I loved the movie to and it had it flaws like every other movie...

See, this is nice. You guys like the movie like I did and you said it had its flaws. But we all know event the best movies have their flaws. Was X3 the best movie ever made, no. But in my opinion, the best movie of the trilogy, and I do have my reasons. X2 and X3 are very close. Seen it 5 times, can't wait to purchase it on DVD.

Me to...
I like X1 also I love that movie because of Rogue...
But X3 was the best...
Yes the best movie has his flaws.... but a person isn't perfect and neither is a movie...
I hate it that they bash the movie

Everytime Famke pops up on screen, I was in complete awe by her presence in her scenes. The same with James, but if only he had more to do...

Even though I'm not the biggest Cyclops fan, (yes hate me if you want to), one of my favorite non-action scenes was the scene between Wolverine and Cyclops. Short, but very emotional, Cyclops finally told Wolverine off. But please people, don't hate Wolvie.

I throughly enjoyed the movie, sure its flawed but I think Ratner and his team did the best with what they had i.e. production time. This project had a shadow cast over it when Singer left, people got mad and then bashed Ratner to death when he took over. I was just pleased that the film was being made but I did feel it was being rushed and that FOX were so desperate to get this film made and thats when some mistakes were made.

I think the problem with this film was that it was overhyped, people were very excited just to see it. First we had the excellent teaser and then the brilliant trailer followed by numerous clips. I just went in with no expectations and I think thats why I enjoyed it. Sure it was quite different from the first two but it had a different production team. I think the major downfall for this film was the running time it could have done with at least another half and hour.

I watched X3... and when Jean and Scott's tombstones showed up, I started crying. :( -cries- WHY WHY WHY!?!

Yeah It was a great film. I loved it and so did all my friends.

I loved the movie too. Seen it six times to date... sure it wasnt perfect, but as said before what movie is.

I've seen it three times and probably once more fully when my friend returns from holiday. I do admit to sneaking off in work and watching chunks here and there.

I enjoyed the movie, but it had the potential to be the best comic book movie ever, which was sadly wasted.

I believe we had one at one point before?

At any rate, I'll allow it for now...provided that it stays on topic. That means people who have complaints need to redirect their energies to the sister thread.

Thanks.

i liked it a lot...as far as action scenes and visual effects its one of the best ive seen in a long time. Especially the battle scene at Alcatraz. I also liked it because of Dania Ramirez she was just too freakin hott as callisto.

The action scenes were top notch and I found the drama in between was engaging. Especially the infirmary scene!

Could you tell which reasons are they Snikt? I'm curious to know them and why. (Sincerely speaking-I didn't come to argue)

The movie was excellent. Although I have my reasons why they were bad, thisisn't the thread to express that. But my average isn't just how good it is. Its if they stayed true to the comics and at least had 870% of the movies based on personas from the comics. Obver all, I give the movie a B average.

i really like it. :) def one of my favs. i mean im not gonna lie. it wasnt perfect. some parts could have been done better, but even in the greatest of movies, theres gonna be a scene or line or two that you dont love. i really enjoyed getting to see more of certain characters we dont really get to see. some new characters were cool too.

i cant exactly say it was my fav of the three. initially i did but when i re watched them all (some of my friends never saw any of the movies before and loved the third so i introduced them to X1 and X2) i realized i actually loved all of them for different reasons.

X1- sure it wasnt the most realistic looking move ever, but it had some of my favorite lines of the entire trilogy (Cyclops: prove it, Wolverine: You're a dick) and was actually pretty enjoyable to watch.

X2- we really got to see more of some of the characters like jean and mystique and iceman. i also thought it was cool to see magneto and mystique plotting with the xmen. i mean how many movies do you see a villian working with the good guys? even tho he kinda messed them up at the end.

X3- the visual effects were great and i thought it was cool to see a new side of jean (even tho it was for the worse)

i get kinda sick of people bashing X3 so thanx for starting this :)

Certainly. I thought the action was much better this time around and the X-Men worked as a team. Even though the action was better, it didn't overshadow the drama. Yes, Cyclops didn't get his deserved screen time, but all of his scenes were excellent. I felt the characters interacted with each other very well and the acting was very good. The way the actors portrayed their emotions through their eyes and faces really made be believe what they were feeling. Like I said, X2 and X3 very close.

I loved this movie, it is my most favorite comic book movie made so far.

Despite its flaws...and there are a few if you want to be nitpicky....I really like this movie for its action and great battle scenes. Storm finally kick ass, the fight between Prof and Phoenix, Beast, Kitty, fight between Pyro and Iceman, Mag moving the bridge, etc. I like X1 for introducing the X-Men, X2 for in dept character development, and X3 for all kinds of asskicking by the mutants. Ratner deserves plenty of praise for taking over a movie with little time left for shooting, with a new writing team, and Fox breathing down his freaking neck every day. I'd get the DVD and watch it many more times. Here's hoping SR won't surpass X3's BO cuz I consider it a superior movie.

I loved, i thought it was best of the trilogy, X2 coming in a very close second.

Cant wait for the dvd
