I think Nolan might feel that doing a film now is a bit of stepping on his toes because the movie Batman is his area at the moment, you know? I don't think he really cares that much. Hell, the fact that they are intergrating Batman Begins even slightly into Justice League should tell him "Hey, we liked your movie so much, we are using it as our jumping board!"

Exactly. But the BATMAN ON FILMers consider it "disrespect", despite the fact Nolan didn't bother to use Talia in BEGINS. They think that even mentioning Ra's in JUSTICE LEAGUE would be disrespectful to Nolan's hallowed "vision" of Ra's Al Ghul.

I tried explaining to them that he's not a petulant child, he's a mature movie director who probably wasn't going to reuse Ra's anyway, but...

I see what your saying. Thats bull, its not disrespect. Like you said thats great respect for Nolan I think. People love his work enough to want to mention it in their interpertation that to me is a great thing.

Yea I don't think Nolan will act like a child as you put it lol. He will make Begins 3 or Shadow of the Bat what ever it will be called regaurdless. To think that JL would effect that like you said is just immature.

I just loved watching those new clips of interviews with Nolan in Hong Kong, the man is quite the director and just amazes me everytime I see him on screen.

The man PULLS off his MASK. The Bank Manager GASPS, horrified at the face staring back at him.

The bank manager summons his nerve, gritting his teeth.

What are you? You freak. Criminals in this town used to believe in things. Honor. Respect. What do you believe in, huh? What do you bel-


BANG...the THUG puts a bullet into the MANAGER's head.

The opening of the bank robbery... from the transcript he lifts his mark and the manager is scared of his face, most likey because of his scars. So the joker has already the scars in the opening.

Did the mob somehow create those scars on his face before the opening of the movie? I know it has been discussed that he will get those scars because ofsome glider tool or whatever it is called. But if the robbery will be the opening and he already has those scars, then perhaps he will get them because of something else. Chelsea grin done by the mob? And now he uses his own enemies to dispatch the batman? Btw, I read on some other transcript that his goons are thinking of double-crossing him.

if his face is painted there doesn't necersarrily have to be scars already for the bank manager to feel scarred. he's being robbed by a weirdo clown

the other option is that the cause of the scarring will be revealed in flashback

personally i lusually like to avoid speculating on the bank/robbery/masks/face paint etc. it's pointless. we already know the important bits and the best can be kept as a surprise.
