and apparently the summer rebellion is caused by the messiah brat who is actually jean grey(maybe) and bishop is all mad about it and wants to kill baby doom bringer

Also wasnt it hinted that M was Bishops mum? (before she was retconned into being white)

She's no longer being written by Claremont so no worries about that. She only seems to be an impulsive overgrown brat when under his pen

I want Rachel to retake the Summers name. I still don't call her "Rachel Grey." She only took Jean's maiden name as a tribute after her recent death, and as a way to get back at Scott for cheating with Emma. What Claremont refuses to allow Rachel to realize is that her parents have both been dead for years, and that her real mother became the Phoenix without ever becoming Dark Phoenix. Rachel has spent all this time in 616 whining about 616 Jean, who's essentially a lesser version of her mom.

That said, I want Ruby to come back in time as an adult. I have a feeling Ruby and Rachel would probably get along.

LOVED the Stryfes Strike files as well. Took me back to my youth.

There was nothing random about it. In order to get Stryfe to help him, Bishop offered to give him Apocalypse. Thats why he was in the files. It was to remind people of their connection and establish a motive for why Stryfe would want to go after him. It doesnt look like Apocalypse will make a return but his presence will definetly be felt here.

IGN Comics: It's looking like we've got Bishop and Stryfe in the two dual villain roles right now. What would you say Stryfe's goals are exactly?

Yost: I think in parts two and three, mostly three, you're going to see a lot of that. At the end of the prologue Bishop said flat out - "I can give you what you want. I can give you Apocalypse." Throughout Stryfe's history he's been the spurned child. Apocalypse raised him for one reason and one reason only – to basically possess his body. For Stryfe, that was always his thing. You're going to see how that played out in the next few issues.

IGN Comics: Given how many lies Bishop has told him already, does Stryfe have any real reason to trust him?

Kyle: I think Stryfe isn't stupid, and ultimately you're going to see how the Apocalypse situation went down in the next few issues. There's a lot to be gained, and I think also that Stryfe isn't worried. He made it quite clear to Bishop what'll happen if he tries to screw him on this deal. And also, for Bishop to come to him and risk his life for Stryfe's help is very intriguing to him. For Bishop to lay his life on the line and align himself with Stryfe means a lot is at stake. Stryfe's very interested to see how this all plays out, never thinking that he could be injured, harmed, or hurt in the process. For him it's a game with very large gains, some that have already happened and the potential for much more in his mind.

Yost: Craig is exactly right. Stryfe is like a three-year-old child trying to play a trick on you. It's more funny than anything. But it doesn't hurt him to see where this road leads. At the end of the day in year 2973, Stryfe is the single most powerful person on the planet. Nothing can touch him. You're going to see that play out, too.

IGN Comics: What are the chances of Apocalypse making a full-blown return in this story?

Yost: You're going to see the influence of Apocalypse. And in parts two and three you're going to learn what exactly Bishop was talking about. When he said, "I can give you Apocalypse," you're going to see exactly what that means. As far as a return, the story here is Stryfe.

Actually, their explanation of why Cyclops had to send them off so quickly in that interview does make more sense, albeit in a clearly made up afterwards fashion. They should have explained it a bit more like that in the comic.
