Fun on Opening Day

I know this is early but, I'm really excited today about all this Ghost Rider stuff. This week has been great. I'm just wonderin' if anyone has anything special planned for opening day?

You know, fun things like staying in the same seat for every showing that day? Or perhaps something as simple as wearing a Ghost Rider T-Shirt? Or maybe something extreame like watching the flick with your head on fire?

I think I'll do all of the above...

My company will be running a big time event for it. It's a bit far out so we don't have details at all, but we'll most likely be working with Sony coordinating some big release for it. We typically run big opening day/night festivities with giveaways and trivia and plenty more. Ghost Rider will indefinitely be a huge one for us.

Of course i have one of my 12 GR t-shirts prepared for the big night ( march the 2nd, OMG!!!! ).
And i just ordered to a genious sculptor here in Brasil ( the guy make some of the coolest Slipknot masks i´ve ever seen ) a GR latex mask, very, but very real. Just for the opening night.
Eh, it would help some of Heineken´s bottles to give the courage to wear it in front of all people, but, Hell with it; the Demon deserve some sacrifice!

would be great to actually meet some of the folks from the hype and the creators of the movie. shoot...i may just find a cheap disguise and try to sneak in!

You know what would be better? If he took everyone that comes to this forum often and posts mostly positive things to it. What is a movie premier like anyway?
I love Ghost Rider alot but there are a few people here who like it more than me. I don't think I'm one of those most deserving and loyal members. I think I know a few.

LoL. Hooters and hotwings. Sounds like a great night to me!

As awesome as it would be for MSJ, Sony or the creator himself to bring some, all or any of us to the premiere, there is no way something like that would happen. I hate to be a pessimist but, dreams sometimes will alwasy be just that. Plus, you just freakin' jinxed it by talking about it. Sheesh.

I was thinking about that just after starting this thread; about the meeting of folks here, I mean. I was just imagining how great it would be if we all decided a while ago to save money and pick some neutral spot to go see the premiere together. I mean, I've spoken to some of you more (BG, definitely) over the past three years than I have people I actually know and live close to. It sure would be cool to actually shake your hands, grab some popcorn and together enjoy the the first viewing of the movie we've been waiting for so long.

Perhaps that's something we'll have to shoot for when the sequal comes out...
