So is anybody watching this amazingly awesome show??

I just started. Also found out this was an Australian comedy that ran for two seasons. I hope it catches on here.

Yea I had no idea it was from Australia till i found their facebook page. I needa go check it out, same guy plays Wilfred and everything. I really hope it catches on too, it's a perfect show to go along with Louie

I'm pleasantly surprised! I thought the show was going to be no deeper than doggie sight gag jokes and toilet humor... typical cable summertime filler programming.

Sure there are splashes of that stuff, but that material isn't driving the show. The dialogue between Wilfred and Ryan(Elijah Wood) actually seeks to go beyond cheap laughs.

The promos made it seem like a comedy dependent on cheap gimmicks, which is what I thought it would be (and would have been fine with that.) But it's shaping up to be more than that.

Who'd have thought a show with a guy dressed up in a dog suit would actually try this hard. The premise is absurd with Wilfred being the pointer of the way to enlightenment, and that's why I think the show is worth something.

The main character, Ryan, is an awkward mess. He's unsure about his place in his job/life/family. Attempts suicide, fails. Then begins to see his cute neighbor's pet as a talking man in a dog suit. They both ignite a bromance.

Wilfred is ****ing funny. Ryan is a great character too, can't wait to see where the season goes.

Last week they replayed the first episode. I love the show myself. When I first saw the previews I thought the show was gonna be about a guy and his girl firend how has a guy in a dog suit who thinks he's a dog living with them. Then I found out that Ryan sees Wilfred as a guy in a dog suit and became interrested. The first episode had me laughing hard than I think I ever had at a tv show. Great show if you haven't checked it out you need to.

Yeah i love this show its crazy funny I tell everybody I know about this show. I don't recommend a lot of shows to people but this is one of them. I want to ask a question about the show Ryan is completely bonkers right? So when Wilfred does something like threw Ryan's ID at the neighbors house, was it actually Ryan who did it?

haven't watched the newest ep but I love the show. Doesn't seem to be too many people talking about it though, I hope it lasts awhile.

I just played catch up with my DVR. This show is very creative and fresh. Elijah Wood kills it every episode. Funny stuff, have to say I hope this catches on. This is going to be a classic, regardless.

Both the 'FEAR' and "CONSCIENCE' episodes had me rolling.

It was on over the weekend on IFC, I think. Maybe they'll show it again.

I don't like the Australian one as much, the characters are very bland. This version has alot more laugh out loud moments

It was quite interesting, i'm not crazy about it but enjoy watching.
And the season finale was good and confusing, well that's what this show is about after all.

I watched one or two of the Australian version and it was alright, but I prefer the storyline in the American one better. So far it's been absolutely amazing and one of my 'must watch' shows each week.

it's indeed an insane bat**** ending, but makes sense anyway. wonder how they'll resolve it and not disrupt the dynamic between Ryan and Wilfred

i really love the interactions between Wilfred and Bear lol
