FX's Wilfred

I missed the pilot ep, but I saw the rest of season 1 & loved it. So funny and great. Glad it got picked up for a second season.

Considering all the moments that have happened in that basement, the finale's ending was perfect.

Season two is going to be nuts. My guess to the ending: Wilfred built the closet in front of the basement's entrance just to **** with him.

Don't worry, the show has already been renewed for a second season :)

Hadn't heard but that's great news!

I have the last three or four episodes on the DVR. I'm thinking of saving them for awhile because after I watch them it's going to be a long wait. :(

This is a great show and that would be something he would totally do

Lol that was my thought too.

Thought I'd bump this up since they are airing a new episode this Thursday at 10:30.

Then the week after that, the best comedy block in years debuts. Anger Management, Louie, Wilfred, and Russel Brand

"Holy ****! You're Robin Williams!"

Great episode, but what's up with it being billed as a preview instead of a premiere?

I'm guessing its because next weeks episodes will probably be light hearted from what I've seen, so I assume they don't want to officially start a season on a pretty serious mind**** episode.

The preview and the premiere don't quite match up. If I had not seen the preview, the office girl (in love) would be a bit confusing. Not to mention the differences in how Wilfred behaved in the preview compared to the premiere.

It's just confusing why FX would do this. Last week's episode was spectacular, and this one kind of pretends in never happened. Kind of.

....Did season 2 begin already?

Season 2 started tonight I think the preview episode was just a episode that will be shown later in season 2.

I'd take Allison Mack (Office Girl) over Ryan's neighbor any day lol

No way the preview happens later on. Do you remember what happened? It takes place after the finale. Characters interact like they haven't seen each other, e.g., Wilfred and Ryan; Ryan and Jenna.

They reference the accident and everything. They also introduce Ryan's workplace, which continues on in the premiere.

Was the new ep called "Letting Go"? Have that one set on auto-tune & wanted to make sure.

I saw the premiere episode, and it was pretty good. This episode is the second one though, so I guess I missed the first one the week before, because that accident talk, and his new job I knew weren't in the first season finale.

The comic block that this is a part of was pretty good. Did FX do a comedy block when this aired last year?

It can all be explained...
Ryan is just crazy as **** :oldrazz:

^ EVERYTHING ANSWERED. Ha. :P

Is Wilfred doing OK ratings wise? I feel like no one watches. I want it to find its audience because it's different than most shows.

The episode last Thursday supposedly was the highest rated of the series. It's weird, this show is so damn good and thought provoking, but no one ever talks about it.

I liked seeing Allison Mack myself. I always thought she was the underrated beauty on Smallville.

I haven't heard anyboudy talking about it this year myself. But last year I kinda got tired of explaining that Wilfred wasn't a guy in a dog suit and that Ryan sees him as a guy in a dog suit and that he's really a dog. The fact that I talk to my dog like he's actually a person probaly gives me a biased opionion of the show.

That's what she was from, Smallville. I thought she looked familiar. Was she introduced last episode? I missed that episode, I thought Thursday was the premiere. What's Ryan's new job, and the accident with Wilfred?

I keep trying to explain it to my brother that only Ryan sees Wilfred as a guy in a dog suit, but everyone else sees him as a normal dog.

I guess not many people like this show :( last nights finale was good, freaking cliffhangers!

This is one of the best comedies on tv. So meta and subversive its truly a wonderful thing. I feel bad for Ryan losing his girl but she was crazier than he is and almost got him thrown in jail. Can't wait for more of Wilfred!

Damn, I really wanted Ryan's girl to truly be able to talk to Wilfred :(
