Gotta be honest, you sound like one of those 'be all you can be' type motivational seminar speakers. Here's an indisputable FACT for you - some people DO have certain physical limitations in terrms of achieveable gains and no amount of 'positive thinking' b.s. gets past that. Not without the marvel of modern chemistry.
Sorry not to be the wing beneath your wings. But you need a dose of reality given that you're talking down to folk with that oh so condescending attitude.
A pound a weak of muscle is realistic for the first couple weeks.
Dude, if you don't lift, don't comment man.
As a woman with naturally stick arms and teeny wrists, I was not that impressed with that photo. My arms look larger just lifting them above my head.Gal did post a photo of herself flexing a few months ago where her arm looked a bit bigger than it was in previous photos from various red carpet premieres. I suppose we'll all just have to wait for another, more recent, image of her to be released.
For a normal-sized man.It all depends on where your starting from. The smaller you are to begin with, obviously, the greater proportion of weight you can put on, that's just maths.
Again, for a normal-sized man.Bro man dude, I do lift
I can say you don't lift too with no proof what so ever too to try to make a point but I prefer not to talk from my ass
20 pounds in 6 months is not impossible
But I've had at least a year for my body to slowly gain mass. It's been a fight even for 10 lbs, and I have digestive issues so I can't eat that much at one time.
For a normal-sized man.
I used to hate it when women used to tell me they wished they had my naturally skinny body type. My friend told me that anyone with half a brain would look at my wrists and know I'm not MEANT to carry that much weight. They're 5.5 inches around - measure that out and see how small that is. Children have larger wrists than mine.
Even I ate like Michael Phelps (which I can't) and power-lifted, I would not get a stocky, muscular Julie Scanlon body. I'm just not meant to.
Henry Cavill does not have a "lean" body type. What we're talking about for Gal would be the equivalent of JGL getting up to 200 lbs. Gal's body is clearly not meant for that.
I don't think Twight is expected to work miracles.

Between Wilkinson and Twight, I think Gal is fine![]()

Nope, it's not an indisputable fact at all, because people overcome limitations all the time. There is research behind everything I'm saying. If you take the time to read, you will see all types of articles & studies correlating to the brain and how it can be used to help overcome physical limitations if you are able to break down the mental barriers holding you back. How a positive demeanor & a mind focused on achieving rather than limits can allow one to accomplish more. If you think the mind & body are so separate that the former can have no effect on the another, you're seriously ignorant.
Also, how am I talking down to someone by telling them they should be more open minded? And wouldn't talking down on someone include trying to determine what they'll achieve from the work THEY'RE putting in? I didn't know hoping for the best & saying everybody doesn't have to abide by baseless generalizations was being condescending.
Next time you chime in make sure you're on the right side, friend.
But this is all trivial anyway, I'm not here to lecture you on things you should be old enough to research and look up. Moral of the story: don't use generalizations to say what someone else will or will not achieve. It just makes you look like an ignorant hater.
Now, I'm done with this.

Its simple but effective. And it looks great on Ms. Alexander. If we can say the same thing about wondies outfit I'll be satisfied.
You know who's a lucky bastard of an actor? Christian Bale. Dude can do whatever the hell he wants with his body and it'll happen. Be emaciated for an insomniac or druggie? Sure! Turn around and be jacked for Batman? No problem!Yeah, Cavill is a lucky bastard. Although he has a slim bone structure, as evidenced by his moderately small wrists (though not as small as I initially thought), his metabolism appears to be slower than that of your typical small framed type. I say this because he was actually a bit overweight as a child. Cavill is also wide/broad shouldered. It's, in fact, the combination of his somewhat small but wide frame + his genetic inclination for weight gain that allows him to achieve and maintain such an impressive "superhero" physique.
I think I am the only one more interested in Gal's fight choreography training than I am with her figure. SIGH
WW's outfit will probably be form fitting and especially more modern, than just a basic suit of armor.
