He met them coming back from the Riverlands, but he was in the Capitol for a while. When he was gone it was Varys, Pycelle and Littlefinger.

If y'all watch only one special feature on the season 6 blu-ray/DVD make sure it's "The Battle of the Bastards" making-of feature. The work the cast and crew put into that scene is remarkable. You just don't see this sort of work on television much if ever. Even Kit gave it his all. They said he did 80% of the horse stuff himself and he was really in the ****. Even the scene when the horses charge Jon was really Kit standing there while forty horses charged at him. It wasn't cgi or a stunt double. That takes some ackbobe to stare down forty charging horses and trust that one of them won't mess up and run you down or fall or trip and crush you.

If he's The Mountain the other guy must be Mt. Everest:

Quick word of warning. I just found this out on Blu-ray.com's forums. There is a POS on eBay selling bootleg copies of season 6 and trying to pass them off as the official release. They are confirmed bootlegs. A member posted pics of it. Here is what they look like:

I just bought this box set from ebay and it does not seem authentic to me. When I received it today, I noticed a few things below:

On the front, top of the box set, the only word is "BLU-RAY". While I see most box set will have "BLU-RAY + DIGITAL HD":

The next thing I notice is the cover art was glued to the tap. While other box sets are glued to the main box:

This is the back of the box which does not show the DIGITAL HD information:

The print artwork on each disc is not completely covered in black. It's like it ran out of ink:

The clear plastic disc holder look different from other box set:

Last, is the back of the disc suppose to be in black??? I thought it suppose to be in silver.

Here is the ebay link of the seller:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Game-of-Thr...836090?hash=item23773548ba:g:FbIAAOSwKOJYGhHC

Notice that the seller showing the picture of the front cover "BLU-RAY + DIGITAL HD". But when I received the box, I only see the word "BLU-RAY" with no word of "DIGITAL HD".

I went to Best Buy and I did not see a box set for this tv show with only "BLU-RAY" word.

So if you bought or buy a set off ebay and it looks anything like this send that **** back and get a refund and report the seller. And remember this when you buy stuff on ebay. Bootleggers love to sell their crap on ebay.

Can someone link the leaked spoilers for season 6 (yes, I mean season 6) that were posted way back when?

Also, does anyone think that Rory McCann could have alternately served well as a book accurate Jorah?

I dont have the link... but..

Game of Thrones and HBO have done their best this year to prevent leaks and spoilers for Game of Thrones Season 6. No screeners were sent out, cast members routinely liedabout Jon Snow’s fate during interviews and obscure Spanish YouTube videos spoiling episodes a few days before they aired were deleted. Another recent ‘leak’ has also been deleted and this thread on the Game of Thrones subreddit didn’t just spell out this week’s episode, it spoiled all of Season 6.
Warning: The rest of this post is long and full of (alleged) spoilers.
In Game of Thrones Season 6 episode 4 Osha dies, Sansa reunites with Jon Snow andDaenerys refuses Jorah and Daario’s idea for her escape and comes up with a plan on her own. The three unrelated events were major points in “Book of the Stranger,” and were correctly predicted in the now deleted thread.
We at iDigitalTimes came across the thread last week started by reddit user truede. The user had not posted on reddit in two years, since correctly spoiling what happened inTrue Detective Season 1. We waited to see if truede’s predictions about this week were correct before posting on the subject.
Update: Here are the direct quotes from the Game of Thrones Season 6 leak. These were posted (and deleted on Reddit) before episode 4 aired last week.
• "Sansa will go to Winterfell and meet up with Jon. They will reminisce and Sansa will apologize for treating him badly.
• "Osha dies pretty soon but she's not a major character.
• "What does definitely happen in the next episode is Jorah and Daario see Dany and are about to save her. She tells them she doesn't need to be saved and instead has them help lock her in a tent with the other Khals."
Below are major plot points, deaths and alliances formed for Game of Thrones Season 6 that appeared in the same post as the correct leaks above.
Game of Thrones Season 6 Spoilers: What Will Happen With the White Walkers, Bran & The Tower of Joy?
According to the thread, next week’s episode “The Door”, will be our first and likely last showcase of the White Walkers for Season 6. Fans shouldn’t be surprised we see the White Walkers this episode, as they are in the trailer, but it does come as a surprise this is our final encounter with them this season. Their presence also means the death of two characters next week. Here are some points regarding these topics according to truede.
• “ You will soon learn how Hodor came to be. The White Walkers attack Bran and company and Hodor will be forced to 'hold the door' as they make their escape.
• “The White Walkers were created by the Children of the Forest.
• “Bran has a vision of a bunch of the CotF gathering and doing something. He wakes and then confronts Leaf about creating the White Walkers. She says they did it to protect something. Bran then has a vision of the White Walkers but the Night's King actually senses him and that's how the White Walkers learn of Bran's location and attack. That's all you see from them this season.
• “... Also we can assume the 3ER dies when the White Walkers attack.
• “Uncle Benjen will come to rescue Bran and Meera. He will accompany them to The Wall before departing. Bran will have one more 'flashback' in the finale and we will see what's in the Tower.”
Below the now deleted Reddit thread, truede answered specific questions about the Tower of Joy (those answers still exist). The poster is asked what happens in the Tower of Joy, the relevance of Lyanna Stark and R+L=J. Truede says “we see Lyanna Stark… Lyanna whispers something to Ned before she dies. We then see a baby, and the very next scene we see Jon.”
Game of Thrones Season 6 Spoilers: Who Wins The Battle of Winterfell, What Happens in the North?
Last week, for the first time since Season 1, Sansa and Jon Snow were reunited. This event, correctly predicted by truede, was not just finally a happy moment for the Starks, it also served as a jumping off point for the eventual battle of Winterfell. The battle itself has been a mainstay for trailer for this season and we’ve got the alleged scoop of what goes down in the “Bastard Bowl.”
Truede also confirms Rickon will not survive his encounter with Ramsay. He’s not burned alive, as several have predicted, but his fate is sealed with “arrows actually.”
• “Sansa will also have a quick meetup with Baelish. Jon and Sansa will eventually team up to try and get their brother back. They have the Wildlings on their side and then travel around and try to recruit more people.
• “Sansa ends up meeting Baelish at the town outside Winterfell. Brienne goes with her. Baelish apologizes for allowing her to marry Ramsay. Sansa accuses Baelish of knowing about Ramsay and basically says she doesn't want anything to do with him any more.
• “Jon does become King of the North. This is after the teen girl who is head of some house (with like 60 soldiers) speaks up about how she trusts the Starks and was one of the only ones to follow them into battle. Then the other houses speak up and apologize about not following them and they don't care that he is a bastard.
• “The recruiting scene is pretty funny as Jon, Sansa and Davos make these great speeches on why she should join them only to find out she has less than 100 men. Don't think Sansa legitimizes Jon but she is agreement that he should be King.
• “Jon chooses to imprison Ramsay rather than kill him.
• “Jamie is forced to go to Riverrun and retake the castle from The Blackfish for the Freys. Brienne also goes to Riverrun to try and get the Tullys to join up and retake Winterfell. Brienne fails but escapes. Edmure is forced by Jaime to enter Riverrun and give it up since he is the rightful owner. The Blackfish apparently dies in battle but we never actually see it happen.
• “Davos will find the little toy or whatever he gave to Shireen. He will confront Melisandre and she will admit to having her burned.”
• “Only one Stark dies this season (not including flashbacks).
Game of Thrones Season 6 Spoilers: Character Deaths, Arya and (Most) Everything Else
While many details were shared in the spoiler-heavy reddit post, we were mostly spared from MAJOR character deaths in the thread. The poster didn’t “wanna give too much right away,” but there are deaths coming and several other unexpected twist and turns. One significant death will be the King himself, Tommen, who apparently “jumps out the window.” No other details or lead up to that scene were shared.
Unfortunately, those looking forward to the Cleganebowl theory, it doesn't happen. "Trial by combat is denied so The Mountain doesn't do much this season. He does get to have his way with Septa Unella though."
• “ Who else is still alive? The Hound. He is saved by some followers of some sort. They all get killed by some former Brotherhood Without Banners members while he is away. The Hound meets up with the other Brotherhood Without Banners and gets revenge.
• “ Euron gets chosen to be the new king because of his plan to marry Dany and enter into an alliance with her to take King's Landing. Yara and Theon steal their ships instead and plan to enter into an alliance with Dany instead.
• “Samwell's father doesn't approve of Gilly. Samwell decides he doesn't care and leaves. But not before stealing his father's Valyrian sword.
• “Arya will be asked to kill some actress. She refuses and The Waif is given permission to kill Arya.
• “Dragons don't really interact with Tyrion. And yes lots of major characters die. Mostly in the finale. Don't wanna spoil all of them but Tommen does die... But really all that matters is that Wun Wun lives.”
Wow, OK, that’s a lot of spoilers. Honestly, we wished this didn’t exist but it does. At least the poster left a lot unsaid. There’s so much going on, but in the end it doesn’t sound like we get any major White Walker or alliance invasions of Westeros this season. With only 13 episodes allegedly left after Season 6, there’s a lot to cover in the final two seasons.
Oh, and this is a last bit a good news about these Game of Thrones Season 6 spoilers “Dorne will not be shown again until the finale.” Yay, no more Dorne… for now.

>-Beric Dondarrion is alive. Still the leader of the brotherhood. Those three guys were acting alone. No LSH.
>-Beric Dondarrion knows about the white walkers!
>-Arya serves Frey Pie at the Twins in episode 10. She kills Walder Frey.
>-Brienne returns oathkeeper to Jaime
>-Episode 9 has two locations. Winterfell and Meeren (three dragons).
>-Ramsey will be "meat for his hounds".
>-Lancel does not die in episode 8.

what I don't get about this show is, people say that Emilia Clarke's acting is one of the worst things about it, if that's true then how the hell did she get so many Emmy nominations for it?

the same way Maisie Williams did :funny:

they seem to confuse 'cool' with 'good acting'.

I don't know. They constantly ignored Vincent D'Onofrio on Daredevil. And Jon Bernthal.

Because she's good at giving speeches. Emmy loves Badass Daenerys telling a bunch of slavers how it is, then setting them on fire. Emilia is a very mediocre actress, IMO, but I'll give her credit for those long monologues. She excels at that and really makes you believe Valyarian could be a language.

Honestly, it's Dinklage's nominations recently that have left me scratching my head. He hasn't done anything Emmy worthy since S4.

You know what I find myself wishing they'd do for GOT?

Script books.

I mean, I want that for a lot of shows, yeah, but for GOT in particular.

Yeah the Dinklage nominations are...baffling to say the least, especially since it's not as the show was lacking great performances these last two seasons. Dinklage was basically sleepwalking through season 5.

The Emmys play favorites and get their pet shows and they always have.

I'm sorry but Maisie has been great as Arya.

Your opinion sucks. :P

I agree that Maisie is great, but he's kind of right there about the Emmy's seeing "cool." Both Maisie and Emilia likely got their nominations from the badass factor over acting talent. Yes, Emilia gives a great speech, omg zomg she had her dragon set people on fire! Yes, Maisie's subtle changes in emotion are superb, but zomg she killed Walder Frey!

I'm not saying Maisie is a bad actress. She definitely isn't, I'd put her right behind Lena Headey and Michelle Fairley. But her kills definitely played a part in her nomination.

Well for one thing, I never said Maisie sucked as Arya... But Emmy nomination worthy? Sorry, but no. They put her on the level as Lena Headey and Maggie Smith...

No... Just no.

As for Emilia... don't get me started... she gives a good speech and I am thoroughly impressed with learning new 'languages'... but she is FAR from Emmy worthy.

Finally got caught up. I stopped watching after Season 3. I binged everything after adding HBO to my Amazon Prime. I can't wait for Season 7. Things are setting up to pay off so excitingly.

What about Krysten Ritter's performance as Jessica Jones?

What about it? :lmao:

Ritter has the likability of a stump covered in bird ****
