Game to be unveiled at E3

I enjoyed SM2 alot, and i think SM3 will be alot better.

 

[Spider-Bite]

The webslinging was the main appeal of the game. I think the game was repetitive, however I think it needed to be repetitive in order for you to gain the webslinging skillsand fighting skills. If part 3 is like part 2 most of us will start off already knowing how to webslinging and fight, and the repetitiveness wont be necessary.

 

[Murder]

This game has potential to be the best comic-movie-game ever. I hope they keep the webslinging the same as 2 but add way more story to it. As Spider-Bite said, SM2 was way too repetetive. Man.. It would be bad as hell to play as Venom or GG2. And if you could be one, you got to fight Spidey or another villian. ie) Venom vs. Sandman, Venom vs. GG2 etc.... Plus getting to wear the black suit in the game... I hope that they have unlockables in the game so you don't get the Black suit, then Pete gets rid of it during the course of the story, then you don't see it ever again!!!
In SM2 they had other baddies such as Rhino, Mysterio, and Shocker. I think with GG2, Venom, and Sandman, we won't need extra baddies to spice things up. And I don't care what you guys say!!, I HATED Black Cat in the comics but thought it was kinda cool to see her in 2. Gave us a break from DumJ. Save yourself Kill them All!! Cheers!

LET US REPLAY LEVELS AFTER FINISHING THE GAME!! Not being able to do this ruined the fun of SM2 and USM for me...just wandering around the city helping people and racing around wasn't fun...I wanted to go back and whup some ass with my new powers in earlier levels.

And that is something that even the best of the best Television and Movie Companies are still trying to adapt to.

The toys that are being released always expose what happens later in the movie... The Games that come out- always end up showing the charectors..

And then think of this, the promotions for each movie, Game, or toy line, engender thousands of people..

Think all of those people could keep a secret? Especially if they are paid money? Someone's going to cough up info. Either umperpose or by just slipping up cause they have a big mouth... Right KRISTIN?!?! lol

That should be alot of money to monitor those people at everystep of the way...

With the Videogame being promoted soon, and the Toy Line about to be as well, as progress continues on many of these various promotions. Expect to see Venom or whoever soon.. It's going to happen.

I cant wait to see the model! w00t! I always thought spider-man was a little too pink and small *insert joke here* and not big/red enough in the game...cant wait to see what theyve done with it- heres hoping they keep on making spiderman games (theyve got the license til 2012 so I should think so)

Would it be a bit much of me to cross my fingers and chang 'Venom' over and over again. Well, I guess if it hasn't worked yet it won't work now.

I wouldn't mind seeing Shocker as a sub-boss again. I always liked his character, even despite his treatment in the Ultimate line.

Also as someone said it would be cool if you could play as either GG2 or Venom ala Ultimate Spider-man and SM1. Though I would want a definite improvement on both. SM1 Goblin was fun to play as but it was obviously unfinished and ruined the experience. As for Venom I hated the fact that he was just a Hulk wannabe and had a shallow control system. Personally I would like Venom to be able to swing and such as well as some symbiote powers.

It would be neat if Spidey had special moves and abilities wearing the black suit, and have some sort of meter that, when full, could allow him to go into Symbiote-Berserker-Mode.

Also - I hope Penny-Arcade makes some sort of comment on it. Gabe has a, shall we say, close affection for the webslinger.

^ I was laughing when the PS3 controller had almost the same function as Nintendo Wii's, but that Warhawk demo looked sweet as hell. I wonder since Activision was going to make a special version of Spidey 3 for the Wii, that maybe now that the Ps3 has a similar function that we will get the Wii version of the game instead of the 360 version.
