This and TFA have made shots of X-wings come to life I have been hoping for since I was a very small Darth. Running around my house with my X-wing toy, shooting down Ties.

I feel like Darth Vader still freaks me out a bit when I see him on screen...flashbacks to when I was terrified of him in the 70s.

I grew up in a house where my sister had a crush on Vader. I don't think I was ever allowed to be terrified of him.

The planets look more interesting and exotic than the ones in TFA.

I really dig how they look "era accurate". Yeah Jyn looks a bit modern, but the rest looks like it fits right along side the 1977 film.

This looks really awesome. I can't say I wasn't a bit hesitant, but I'm very happy with how this is looking.

Yeah. Some of the reshoot talk has worried me considering my feelings on Edwards' previous work, but at the very least, it looks enjoyable, gorgeous, this trailer didn't have the iffy deliveries the teaser did and a lot of the ideas we've heard this is introducing sound like great additions.

Also the new troopers.

Yeah, we are at least in for a visual show, beyond Miss Jones of course.

Wouldnt Vader be in his personal Tie fighter? This film takes place right before ANH and he had it with him on the Death Star in ANH so he should be flying it in Rogue One as well.

Vader has his Tie Advanced in Rebels, which is set before Rogue One. Yeah, it already exist.
