He is a gigoran. Not much is known about the species or the character. But a gigoran is supposed to be featured in the first issue of the Doctor Aphra comic that is coming out December 7.

I dunno about anyone else. But I love in this recent trailer when Jyn says "If my father built this thing, we need to find him." For myself I totally buy into her delivery of the line and her facial reaction. You really feel that sense of she's feeling so many emotions at that moment.

Yeah, I agree. It feels very real and very different from what we have seen so far.

It is the same with Krennic's arrogance with Vader. A lot of genuine acting in those two little shots imo.

Agreed those 2 quick shots/scenes really stuck out to me. Krennic being very arrogant and loud in his words with Vader about how the Death Star's power they're dealing with is "immeasurable" is wonderful. Those 2 quick scenes we see feel great to me.

Also the flashback scene of Mads talking to young Jyn. Something about that scene really gets me in the feels.

These guys look like they came right out of the 70's. The Rebellion flights suits look kinda janky compared to the Resistance's.

I just figured they wouldn't be because the original actors are too old, and I would think a recast of those two characters would have leaked or got an announcement if there was a recast. Maybe we'll get a name drop tho.

Yeah it would have to be a recast. But maybe they were low key about it? Though I think you are right, and maybe what we will get is a name drop.

I think Felicity will do just fine in Rogue One. I think the lines delivered in the trailer will be felt better in the context of the film when actually watching it.

I saw Inferno yesterday evening, though. She was again good in it, but there were a few very questionable lines and acting there. Hanks also had some phoned in performance there. It's most probably the script.

My favorite performance of Felicity is in Theory of Everything

Wouldn't make sense to have Wedge or Biggs in this and a recast would be distracting. Makes more sense Genevieve O'Reilly is in this as Mon Mothma because Mon doesn't show up till 4 years later in "ROTJ."
