The best thing about writing superhero stuff is the bizarre threats you can have characters make that would be utter insanity otherwise but in-story they make perfect sense.

Like one guy is flirting with a telepaths adopted sister. The telepath says that if he makes her cry then he'll make him forget his potty training.

And the sister is a telekinetic so he gets warned that if he breaks her heart then she "Might break yours. Literally."
